摘要: A vector sum circuit and a phase controller including the vector sum circuit are provided. The vector sum circuit includes an amplifier configured to amplify an input orthogonal signal by using a first metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET), and a self body-biasing circuit comprising a resistor. The self body-biasing circuit is configured to connect a drain and a body of the first MOSFET to reduce a voltage connected to the body as a current at the drain increases.

摘要: The disclosure provides a variable wireless power transmitter including a plurality of resonators and a method of controlling the variable wireless power transmitter. A wireless power transmitter of the disclosure may include: a housing; a power amplifier disposed inside the housing; a first resonator including at least one coil and fixed to a first portion of the housing; a second resonator including at least one coil, rotatably disposed at a second portion of the housing, and configured to form a variable angle with the first resonator; a sensor configured to sense a shape change based on rotation of the second resonator; a controller configured to: identify a shape change of the first resonator and the second resonator based on a signal sensed by the sensor, identify whether impedance is matched for the first resonator or the second resonator based on the identification of the shape change, and generate a control signal for impedance matching for the first resonator or the second resonator based on identifying that the impedance is not matched; and a matching circuit including at least one coil and at least one capacitor, electrically coupled between the power amplifier and the first resonator, and configured to perform impedance matching based on the control signal received from the controller.

According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: a first impedance matching circuit configured to perform a first impedance matching on a power signal wirelessly received from a wireless power transmission device; a second impedance matching circuit configured to perform a second impedance matching on the first impedance-matched power signal using any one impedance value among a plurality of impedance values; a control circuit configured to perform control to change an impedance value of the second impedance matching circuit to an impedance value learned using an impedance matching network model, corresponding to a power and a frequency of the second impedance-matched power signal; and a power conversion circuit configured to convert a second impedance-matched power signal in an AC form into a power in a DC form for charging a battery according to the changed impedance value.

The controller may be configured to obtain information related to an operation of each of the plurality of loads from the processor, obtain the magnitude of the power input to each of the plurality of loads from each of the plurality of power sensors, and identify a load which operates abnormally among the plurality of loads based on the magnitude of the power input to each of the plurality of loads and the information related to the operation of each of the plurality of loads.

The detuning circuit may include at least one detuning capacitor and at least one detuning switch. In response to a voltage at an output terminal of the first rectifier circuit exceeding a first voltage, the control circuit may be configured to form a closed loop including the first coil, the first switch, and the second switch by controlling the at least one detuning switch to an on state and controlling the first switch and the second switch to the on state.

摘要: According to an embodiment, an electronic device may include a battery, a resonance circuit, a rectifier, a DC/DC converter, a charger, a switch, an overvoltage protection circuit configured to perform an overvoltage protection operation or to stop the overvoltage protection operation based on the voltage at the output terminal of the rectifier, a control circuit, and a communication circuit, and the control circuit may be configured to: based on a periodic repetition of a performance of the overvoltage protection operation and a stop of the overvoltage protection while the switch is in an off state, identify a first period during which the overvoltage protection operation is stopped, based on the first period, identify an expected voltage at an output terminal of the rectifier, to be expected, wherein the expected voltage is a voltage if the switch is in an on state, based on the expected voltage, identify whether an occurrence of an overvoltage is expected if the switch is in the on state, and control the communication circuit to transmit a communication signal including information about whether the occurrence of the overvoltage is expected.
