The light source unit includes a substrate, at least one first light source disposed on the substrate and emitting a first light in a blue wavelength band, and at least one second light source disposed on the substrate and emitting a second light in a red wavelength band to a near-infrared wavelength band. The first and second lights have different skin penetration depths from each other depending on a wavelength.
