    Abstract: A base station control method for a wireless communication system, a base station control apparatus, a wireless communication system and an electronic device. The wireless communication system includes a small cell. The base station control apparatus includes an upper limit determination unit and a frequency band control unit; wherein the upper limit determination unit is configured to determine the upper limit of the estimated number of small cells using unlicensed frequency bands in a target region according to available unlicensed frequency band resources and estimated service volume in the target region; and the frequency band control unit is configured to control one or more small cells to use or stop using the unlicensed frequency bands according to the upper limit of the estimated number, so that the number of small cells operating at the unlicensed frequency bands is not greater than the upper limit of the estimated number.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to an electronic apparatus in a wireless communications system, and a mobility measurement method. The electronic apparatus comprises a communications device and a mobility measurement device. The communication device is configured to separately perform dual-connection communication with two connection nodes by means of different carriers. The mobility measurement device is configured to perform mobility measurement, for determining a connection switching mode, on the connection nodes in the dual connections in a case in which connection service quality of at least one of the current dual connection nodes is lower than a preset level. The mobility measurement device is further configured to determine a reporting mode of a mobility measurement result according to the measurement condition of at least one of the current dual connection nodes.

    Abstract: A method, device and system for performing wireless communication in a wireless communication system. The wireless communication system includes a low power node and a macro base station with common baseband and user equipment, and the user equipment communicates with the low power node and the macro base station via a plurality of component carriers. The method includes: receiving, by the user equipment, a downlink signal transmitted by the low power node and the macro base station; and transmitting uplink signals to the low power node and the macro base station, wherein the method further includes: transmitting all first uplink signals of the uplink signals to the low power node as a receiving node. According to the method, device and system, it is possible to improve the efficiency of uplink power control of a terminal and/or reduce the burden for uplink control channel transmission of a macro cell.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a wireless communication system and method therein. The wireless communication system comprises: a first base station, second base station, third base station and user equipment, wherein the first base station and the second base station perform wireless data connections with the user equipment by adopting different carriers, and a trigger node triggers a transfer procedure in the case of judging a preset transfer condition of transferring a service to the third base station is satisfied, wherein the service is provided by the second base station to the user equipment, so that the user equipment releases the wireless data connection with the second base station and establishes the wireless data connection with the third base station, and thus the first base station and the third base station perform wireless data connections with the user equipment by adopting different carriers, wherein at least part of the service provided by the second base station initially is transferred to the third base station. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, it can be ensured that the user equipment obtains optimized quality of service, while the efficiency of data transmission is improved.
