Abstract: An automatic exposure control circuit which controls the shutter speed in accordance with the output of a light measuring circuit including a photodetector which detects the level of scene brightness. The output of the photodetector is memorized by a memorizing capacitor and the shutter speed control circuit is operated in accordance with the memorized output. The memorized level is shifted to a predetermined level when the memorized level is below a predetermined level which corresponds to a limit of scene brightness which can be photographed. A switching circuit and a shifting circuit connected therewith are connected with an end of the memorizing capacitor so that the level of the memorized output may be shifted by the shifting circuit when the level memorized by the capacitor is below a predetermined level. The shutter speed is therefore determined regardless of the scene brightness when the level of the scene brightness is below a predetermined level.

Abstract: A number of photoreceptors are arranged in a matrix along X-lines and Y-lines. An X-direction multiplexer and a Y-direction multiplexer are connected with the X-lines and Y-lines, respectively. Abstract: In a dual priority automatic exposure control camera in which the exposure control mode can be selected among aperture priority, shutter speed priority, program control and manual control, a mode change-over device is provided for selecting one of the exposure control modes. Abstract: The warning device for a camera has an operation circuit for determining proper exposure condition of the shutter time according to the informations of the brightness of the object, the diaphragm aperture of the objective and the film sensitivity, a manually operable circuit for manually setting the condition of the shutter time and an optical indicating circuit operated by the manually operable circuit for digitally indicating the condition of the shutter time set by the manually operable circuit. Abstract: An exposure indicating means comprising a plurality of light emitting elements which are selectively energized to indicate exposure information in a digital form is connected with an exposure measuring circuit. The light emitting elements are connected with a warning circuit. The warning circuit comprises a warning signal generator which generates a warning signal when a warning is required, a square wave generator which constantly generates a square wave and an AND circuit which transmits the square wave to the light emitting elements when the warning signal is transmitted thereto. The light emitting elements are intermittently turned off by the square wave coming from the AND circuit. The frequency of the square wave is selected so that the intermittent turning off of the light emitting elements is sensed by the photographer viewing through the viewfinder of the camera.
