The first data line is in a same layer as the source/drain electrode, and the second data line is in a same layer as one of the conductive layer and the second capacitor electrode.

The display device includes a light blocking layer and a first buffer layer disposed at a lower portion of the driving transistor. The light blocking layer and the first buffer layer do not overlap the switching transistor.
