Abstract: A display device includes a thin-film transistor layer disposed on a substrate and including thin-film transistors; and an emission material layer disposed on the thin-film transistor layer. The emission material layer includes light-emitting elements each including a first light-emitting electrode, an emissive layer and a second light-emitting electrode, light-receiving elements each including a first light-receiving electrode, a light-receiving semiconductor layer and a second light-receiving electrode, and a first bank disposed on the first light-emitting electrode and defining an emission area of each of the light-emitting elements. The light-receiving elements are disposed on the first bank.

Abstract: A display device includes a fingerprint sensor including a first layer having at least one photo sensor to generate a fingerprint image corresponding to reflected light from a fingerprint contact surface, light emitting elements to transmit light reflected by the fingerprint, and a second layer including pin holes to allow reflected light to be incident upon the at least one photo sensor; and fingerprint detector to receive the fingerprint image from the fingerprint sensor, to extract a first image corresponding to a first region of the fingerprint and a second image corresponding to a second region of the fingerprint, to compare the first and second images to determine similarity, and to perform fingerprint authentication, based on similarity determination, where the fingerprint first region is in contact with the fingerprint contact surface and the fingerprint second region is not in contact with the fingerprint contact surface.

Abstract: A foldable device includes: a display panel; a digitizer disposed on a surface of the display panel and comprising a base layer, first conductive patterns disposed between the base layer and the display panel, and second conductive patterns disposed on an opposite side to the first conductive patterns with the base layer interposed therebetween; a first adhesive member disposed between the digitizer and the display panel and in direct contact with the digitizer; and a second adhesive member disposed on an opposite side to the first adhesive member with the digitizer interposed therebetween and in direct contact with the digitizer. Abstract: An input sensing device includes: sensor pixels, a horizontal driver, a selection circuit, and a vertical driver. Each of the sensor pixels is connected to a plurality of driving lines and a one of a plurality of signal input lines. The horizontal driver sequentially applies a horizontal driving signal to the sensor pixels through the driving lines. The selection circuit is connected to n of the signal input lines (n is a natural number of 2 or more) and to one output line. The selection circuit sequentially outputs n sensing signals received through the n signal input lines to the one output line. The vertical driver receives the n sensing signals through the one output line. The horizontal driver applies the horizontal driving signal n times to a given one of the driving lines to correspond to the n sensing signals.

Abstract: An input sensing device includes sensor pixels initialized in response to a reset signal provided through a reset line, and output a sensing signal to a read-out line in response to a scan signal provided through a scan line. A controller generates at least one start signal and clock signals. A selector selectively provides the at least one start signal and the clock signals to first control lines or second control lines.
