Abstract: A wireless device receives, from a base station, at least one first message comprising a first periodicity of resources of a configured periodic grant of a first type. A request for transmission information associated with the configured periodic grant is received. A response is transmitted. The response comprises: a first value based on a number of transmissions via the resources the configured periodic grant; and a second value based on a number of times that the wireless device received no corresponding acknowledgement from the base station in response to the transmissions.

Abstract: A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising: a parameter indicating that uplink duplication is configured for a bearer corresponding to a first logical channel and a second logical channel; first mapping restrictions of the first logical channel to at least one first cell; and second mapping restrictions of the second logical channel to at least one second cell. A control element indicating activation or deactivation of duplication for the bearer is received. If the control element indicates activation of the duplication, the first mapping restrictions are applied to the first logical channel and the second mapping restrictions are applied to the second logical channel. If the control element indicates deactivation of the duplication, the first mapping restrictions are lifted from the first logical channel and the second mapping restrictions are lifted from the second logical channel.

Abstract: A wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating data bearers each identified by a data bearer identifier. The data bearers comprise: first data bearer(s) configured with duplication; and second data bearer(s) that are not configured with duplication. A received control element comprises duplication activation bits comprising an activation bit for a first data bearer of the first data bearer(s). A first position of the activation bit in the control element identifies a second position of a first data bearer identifier in an ordered list of data bearer identifiers of the first data bearer(s) configured with the duplication. The ordered list of data bearer identifiers excludes the second data bearer(s). In response to the duplication being activated for the first data bearer: a first packet via a first cell; and a duplicate of the first packet is transmitted via a second cell different from the first cell.

Abstract: A wireless device transmits one or more preambles in response to initiating a beam failure recovery. The wireless device determines a failure of the beam failure recovery based on a number of transmissions of the one or more preambles exceeding a first number. The wireless device determines a radio link failure in response to the failure of the beam failure recovery. The wireless device starts, based on the radio link failure, a radio resource control (RRC) connection re-establishment procedure with a radio link failure report indicating the failure of the beam failure recovery is a cause of the radio link failure.

The SP-CSI RNTI indicates: activation of SP-CSI reporting; and no uplink grant for uplink packet transmission. The DRX inactivity timer is started based on the first DCI indicating the activation of the SP-CSI reporting. The DRX inactivity timer controls monitoring for DCIs of the SP-CSI RNTI. a transport block is transmitted based on receiving, while the DRX inactivity timer is running, a second DCI.

Abstract: A wireless device receives a radio resource control message. The radio resource control message comprises a periodicity of uplink resources of an uplink configured periodic grant. A buffer status report (BSR) for transmission is triggered in response to data becoming available for uplink transmission. The BSR indicates a size of the data. Based on the triggering of the BSR, an uplink scheduling request is triggered in response to receiving no additional resource for uplink transmission while the uplink resources for the uplink configured periodic grant are available. The scheduling request is transmitted.

A control element indicating activation of the secondary cell is received. In response to the control element, a layer 1 RSRP report is transmitted. The layer 1 RSRP report comprises: a first field indicating a reference signal of the reference signals of the secondary cell; and a second field indicating a layer 1 RSRP value of the reference signal.
