Abstract: Disclosed are an organic semiconductor thin film, a manufacturing method thereof, and a thin film transistor and an electronic device including the organic semiconductor thin film. The organic semiconductor thin film includes a matrix. The matrix includes an elastomer and nanoconfined polymer structures embedded in the matrix. The nanoconfined polymer structures form a polymer network. The nanoconfined polymer structures include a conjugation semiconductor polymer. The conjugation semiconductor polymer includes a repeating unit having at least one conjugation system in its main chain. The nanoconfined polymer structures are present in an upper surface layer and a lower surface layer of the organic semiconductor thin film respectively.

Abstract: A method and apparatus with image processing are disclosed. The method includes determining a real part image, an imaginary part image, and an offset image based on input images that are dependent on infrared rays of different phases, removing noise from each of the real part image and the imaginary part image using the offset image as a noise removal guide, and generating a depth image based on an improved real part image and an improved imaginary part image corresponding to respective results of the removing.

Abstract: An electronic device that is wearable on a part of a body of a user is provided. The electronic device includes a camera, a display, a memory, and a processor. The memory may store instructions which, when executed, cause the processor to obtain a plurality of consecutive images by using the camera based on a first user input of the user, identify an external object from an image obtained by using the camera, identify a specific area on the external object specified by a second user input of the user from the image, extract at least one image from the plurality of consecutive images and associate the at least one image with the specific area, and display the at least one image associated with the specific area in augmented reality on the display when receiving a third user input of the user corresponding to the specific area.
