Abstract: The invention relates to a process for the complex processing and preservation of alimentary plants, mainly seasonal alimentary plants. The process according to the invention comprises--depending on the type of the plant--purifying and, if desired, crushing the plant, digesting it, adjusting it to other alcohol content of 15 to 45% by volume by adding ethanol before or after separation of the solid part, letting it stand for at least 3 weeks, then separating the solid and liquid phases, storing the liquid phase for an optional time, if desired absorbing carbon dioxide or in inert gas in the material to be fed in, then after pre-heating the liquid to a temperature between 50.degree. and 100.degree. C., distilling the alcohol from it by flash distillation under a pressure of 6.4-26.6 kPa, at a temperature of 40.degree. to 80.degree. C. by using both during the pre-heatment and distillation a dynamical carbon dioxide or other inert gas atmosphere and preparing a drinking juice under sterile conditions from the product of low alcohol content obtained as bottom product or subjecting it to an other processing method commonly used in the food industry known per se; and processing the alcoholic fraction obtained as head product to a liquor in a known way, or utilizing it for flavoring food products, or recyclizing it to the process, and, if desired, utilizing the solid material obtained in the separation before storage for a food industrial purpose after drying it in a known manner.

Abstract: The converter according to the invention allows such measuring process during which only the force to be measured participates in the conversion of force to electric signal, the point of application of which is definitely fixed and displacement of the point of application as a result of deformation brought about by the force-effect takes place without the development of additional forces and additional stress fields. Thus the converter has fitting surfaces allowing axial displacement and/or turn around a point between the part receiving the force to be measured and the measuring sensor, while the part transferring the reaction force is rigidly clamped. Suitably an elastic layer absorbing the kinetic energy is arranged between the part receiving the force to be measured and the measuring sensor.

Abstract: The measuring journal according to the invention permits the construction of a measuring body which solves the troublefree transmission of a force between the structural elements, when measuring is carried out with the conversion of forces to electric signals, while in place of the shear- and bending stress, the mechanical stress is used for measuring-technical purpose. The measuring journal contains measuring elements connected to a central body and are developed as a longer and as a shorter measuring element. The torsional axes of the measuring elements are parallel with each other, are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the plane determined by the influence lines of the force bringing about the torsion and by those of the reaction force and are eccentric in relation to the geometrical axis of the measuring journal, while the plane determined by them is perpendicular to the plane determined by the reaction force and torsional force. The two ends of the measuring elements are linked through an arm of force to the connecting element that takes up the torsional force or reaction force, while the other ends of the measuring elements are in rigid connection with each other.

Abstract: A hybrid combustion system is provided combining advantages of a fluidized bed combustion portion and a pulverized coal combustion portion. The former portion includes a fluidized bed chamber, a coal mill without an air separator, a recycling duct connected to the coal mill, a coal supply duct, and a spray feeder. The fluidized coal combustion portion includes a pulverizing coal mill with air separator, a blowing duct for blowing ground coal, at least one pulverized coal burner and an air recycling duct for recycling combustion air. Fluidized bed combustion takes place in a lower part of the system and pulverized coal combustion takes place above the fluidized bed combustion. Each of the portions may be independently operated of the other. A main combustion chamber is common to both the fluidized bed portion and the pulverized coal portion. A related process is also described.

Abstract: The equipment according to the invention is suitable for the measurement of very small weight forces by conversion of the forces to be measured to 5-100-fold value. The equipment has two units, each containing at least three measuring arms, where the connection points of the measuring arms are attached to an extension bar, and the free ends of the measuring arms are connected to a single rigid element in such a way, that the connection points of the measuring arms are outside the planes fixed by the ends attached to the rigid element. The measuring arms and extension bar in the equipment are formed as pull rods. The measuring arms are arranged symmetrically or asymmetrically, and their number is optional. Infinite number of measuring arms may be used, in which case they are formed as membranes in the practice. Force-meter sensors, suitably elongation measuring resistors are built into the measuring arms, thus the output signal gives directly the measured value.
