Abstract: A linkage having a link arm including a first link and a second link. The first link includes a first hole and a second hole. The second link includes a third hole and a fourth hole. The first link and the second link are pivotally coupled to a first member about a first pivot axis, and are pivotally coupled to a second member about a second pivot axis spaced apart from the first pivot axis. Abstract: A bicycle driving device that allows a second motor to be reduced in size includes a first planetary mechanism, a first motor, a second motor, and a speed reduction mechanism. The first planetary mechanism includes a first input body to which rotation of a crank is input, a first output body that rotates when the first input body rotates, and a first transmission body that transmits rotation of the first input body to the first output body. The first motor is capable of rotating at least one of the first input body, the first output body, and the crank. The speed reduction mechanism reduces rotation produced by the second motor in speed and transmits the rotation to the first transmission body.

Abstract: A bicycle drive unit has a transmission and a motor that transmits torque to the transmission. The transmission includes first and second input side rotating bodies, first and second output side rotating bodies, an output unit and a switching mechanism. The first and second output side rotating bodies are coupled to the first and second input side rotating bodies, respectively. The switching mechanism switches between a first state in which rotation of the first input side rotating body is transmitted to the output unit, and a second state in which rotation of the second input side rotating body is transmitted to the output unit. Only torque of the motor is transmitted from the first and second input side rotating bodies to the output unit, while torque outputted from the output unit merges with a manual drive force in a drive force transmission path from the output unit to a wheel.

Abstract: A bicycle transmission includes an axle, an input component, a power transmission mechanism, a shift mechanism and an output component. The shift mechanism includes a shift input member, a shift control member, a first saver spring and a second saver spring. The shift input member is settable in a plurality of rotational positions. The shift control member rotates in conjunction with movement of the shift input member to select one of the power transmission paths. In the shift mechanism, as the shift input member rotates in the first direction, the shift control member receives the rotational force applied in a first direction through the first saver spring.
