    摘要: A freewheel of a vehicle, in particular a two-wheeler, includes (i) a crankshaft, (ii) an output shaft having a first gear cog, (iii) a freewheel element having a second gear cog, and (iv) a friction element. The first gear cog and the second gear cog are configured to, when engaged with each other, effect a torque transfer between the output shaft and the freewheel element. The freewheel element is arranged to be displaceable in an axial direction on the crankshaft. The freewheel element is arranged to be non-rotatable relative to the crankshaft in the circumferential direction. The freewheel element and the friction element are connected to one another by means of a helical mechanism, which is configured to effect a translational displacement of the freewheel element and the friction element relative to one another when the freewheel element and friction element rotate relative to one another.

    摘要: A clutch or brake system for a torque transmission. The clutch or brake system includes a first rotatable unit connectable to an input or output, including at least one first abutment surface and a second rotatable unit connectable to an output or input, respectively, including at least one second abutment surface arranged for selectively engaging the first abutment surface. The first and second abutment surfaces are adapted to each other so as to allow disengaging under load. The system includes a third rotatable unit including at least one retaining member, the third unit being arranged for selectively being in a first rotational position or a second rotational position relative to the second rotatable unit, wherein the at least one retaining member in the first rotational position locks the at least one second abutment surface for rotationally coupling the second rotatable unit to the first rotatable unit.

    摘要: In a drive unit attached to a vehicle-body frame of an electric-motor-assisted bicycle including a one-way clutch including an outer member, an inner member, a plurality of clutch lugs, a plurality of springs, and a plurality of pins. Clutch teeth are located on one of an inner peripheral portion of the outer member and an outer peripheral portion of the inner member. The clutch lugs and the springs are located on the other of the inner peripheral portion and the outer peripheral portion. A number of the clutch lugs is an even number not smaller than four. A number of the clutch teeth is an even number that is not a multiple of the number of the clutch lugs. A number of the springs is half the number of clutch lugs. Each spring exerts a biasing force on two of the clutch lugs that are circumferentially adjacent. Each pin is in contact with one of the springs.

    摘要: Wheel hub arrangement with three drum units comprising a hollow drum (18), a winding of a flexible pulling element fixed on the drum, and a biasing spring (22) in the hollow inner space. Respective free-wheels (36) are provided at sides of the hub unit (4). The wheel hub unit comprises a pair of spaced driving sleeves (33) arranged in axial direction and the sides of the driving sleeves facing to a drum unit and being connected therewith to transmit of torque only. The driving sleeves are surrounded by intermediate sleeves (38) and a spacing is formed between them, wherein a ball bearing (35) and one of the freewheels are arranged so that they are connected both with the outer surface of the driving sleeve and the inner surface of the intermediate sleeve. The intermediate sleeves are connected rigidly together and they are also connected at least during the driving sessions to an outer sleeve (40) of the wheel hub unit.

    摘要: A center motor power-assisted bicycle includes an internal transmission and has a regenerative function. A transmission comprises, in a drive wheel hub, a planetary gear, a one-way clutch for reverse input, a clutch switching device, and, a sun gear and transmits driving force from a sprocket to the drive wheel. A transmission control mechanism selectively rotationally fixes the sun gear to the axle to change speed when driving force is applied. The clutch is disposed between the sun gear and the axle, and selectively rotationally fixes the sun gear to the axle by the operation of the clutch switching device when reverse input is applied. While the bicycle is driven, the clutch switching device moves the clutch to the rotatable state, to transmit driving force. While the bicycle is traveling without being driven, the clutch is locked, so that reverse input is transmitted to the sprocket.
