摘要： In a magnet roll comprising a plurality of magnet pieces adhesively secured to a supporting shaft, to increase the magnetic flux density of a particular magnetic pole, the magnet pieces are disposed so that they have repelling magnetic forces in the interface between the magnetic piece having said particular magnetic pole and the magnet piece adjacent thereto. Further, in a unitarily molded magnet roll comprising a unitarily molded magnet secured to a supporting shaft, the cross-sectional shape of the shaft is selected in accordance with magnetized poles, whereby the positions of the magnetic poles are prescribed relative to the shaft and a strong magnetic force is obtained.

摘要： The present invention relates to a fixing apparatus having a pair of rotary members for pinching and conveying a supporting material bearing a non-fixed toner image thereon, thereby fixing the non-fixed toner image on the supporting material and wherein a rectifier element is connected to at least one of the rotary members in a predetermined orientation, whereby the present invention prevent a toner offset that the toner on the supporting material is adhered to the rotary members.

Then, disturbance to the image by the image transfer operation can be avoided.

摘要： A corona discharging device having a corona discharging electrode to which a high voltage is applied to produce corona discharge. The high voltage applied to the corona discharging electrode is provided by superposing an AC voltage to a DC voltage. The DC voltage and the AC voltage are determined such that the corona discharging current has only the polarity which is the same as that of the DC component voltage. The corona discharge is stabilized and hardly produces a non-uniform discharge.
