    Abstract: Provided is a stator segment for the stator or the rotor of an electrical machine including a segment body circumferentially extending about a longitudinal axis of the stator segment between two circumferential ends. The segment body includes: a plurality of teeth protruding according to a radial direction orthogonal to the longitudinal axis, each tooth circumferentially extending between two respective side faces, the teeth being circumferentially distributed between two end teeth of the teeth, the teeth including at least one intermediate tooth circumferentially included between the end teeth, a plurality of slots, the plurality of slots including a plurality of intermediate slots circumferentially included between the two end slots, wherein side faces of the two end teeth are inclined with or parallel to each other and the side faces of the at least one intermediate tooth are respectively parallel to each other or inclined with respect to each other.

    Abstract: Provided is a method of manufacturing a stator or a rotor of an electrical machine, the steps of: modelling a plurality of model segments circumferentially joined together in such a way that two circumferentially adjacent model segments contacts each other at respective circumferential interfaces, the plurality of model segments including a plurality of model teeth interposed between a plurality of slots, manufacturing the segmented body in such a way that at least the two end slots are circumferentially shifted away from the circumferential interfaces of the respective model segment for creating respective gap portions of the circumferential gap, the sum of the circumferentially shifts of the at least two end slots being equal to the sum of the circumferential extensions of the gap portions, circumferentially joining the plurality of segments together in such a way that two gap portions of two adjacent segments forms the respective circumferential gap.

    Abstract: An electric generator for a wind turbine is provided including a stator or rotor, the stator or rotor having plurality of winding systems, each winding system covering a respective angular portion of the stator or rotor about an axis of rotation of the electric generator, and a controller for controlling the current flowing in the winding systems. The controller is configured for receiving or determining a thickness of an airgap between the stator and the rotor and controlling the current flowing in at least one of the winding systems so that a respective magnetic radial force is generated, the magnetic radial force acting on the stator and/or rotor for increasing the airgap where the airgap is below a threshold airgap value.

    Abstract: A stator segment of a stator of a generator for a wind turbine is provided. The stator segment includes a base body extending between a first axial end and a second axial end in axial direction and in circumferential direction of the generator, wherein the base body includes a circumferential end face extending between the first axial end and the second axial end.     Abstract: A method for determining improved control parameters of a number of wind turbines of a wind park is provided. The method considers the impact of individual turbine manufacturing tolerances on the turbine performance, thereby avoiding under-utilization of those wind turbines.     Abstract: A method for determining control parameters of a turbine by consideration of component-relevant temperature limits is provided. The method considers the impact of individual turbine manufacturing tolerances on the turbine performance in a turbine model to determine control parameters for the turbine without damaging it. The method includes the steps of: receiving, by an interface, one or more measurement values of turbine sensors; determining, by a processing unit, at components or turbine places being equipped or not with turbine sensors, one or more virtual parameters and/or temperatures by a simulation of the operation of the turbine, the simulation being made with a given turbine model in which the one or more measurement values and one or more characteristic values of the wind turbine are used as input parameters; and deriving, by the processing unit, the control parameters for the wind turbine from the one or more virtual parameters and/or temperatures.
