Abstract: Provided herein is an engagement and care support platform (“ECSP”) computer system including at least one processor in communication with at least one memory device for facilitating senior user engagement. The processor is programmed to: (i) register a user through an application, (ii) register a caregiver associated with the user through the application, (iii) generate a senior profile based upon user personal and scheduling data, (iv) build a daily interactive user interface that reflects the senior profile, (v) display the daily interactive user interface at a first client device associated with the user, (vi) cause the first client device to initiate a daily interaction prompt to the user, (vii) determine whether any user interaction was received in response to the daily interaction prompt, and (viii) transmit a daily update message to a second client device associated with the caregiver, including an indication of whether any user interaction was received.

Abstract: The present techniques relate to, inter alia, cryptographically-verifiable insurance credentials and cryptographically-verifiable property transfer. The novel methods and systems of decentralized identity discussed herein improve user experience (whether individual or organizational) by moving control over identity from the hands of centralized entities, back to where it belongs—i.e., to the hands of individual organizations and users. In one aspect, a method includes obtaining a scanned image; processing the scanned image; transmitting a claim request; and receiving and storing an attestation response, and a computing system includes a processor; and a memory having stored thereon computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the computing system to: receive a claim request; cryptographically verify the claim; and transmit an attestation response.

Abstract: Provided herein is a care coordination support platform (“CCSP”) computer system including a in communication with a memory device for coordinating care. The processor is programmed to: (i) register a user through an application, (ii) register a caregiver through the application, (iii) receive input from the user or the caregiver defining an event of the user, (iv) assign the event to a caregiver based upon personal and scheduling data of the caregivers, (v) create a care schedule of the user, (vi) display the care schedule to the caregiver, (vii) receive a question regarding the from the user or the caregiver, (viii) convert the question into a query, (ix) run the query against an event database, and (x) transmit a response to the question to the processor.
