Abstract: A ground power supply apparatus for transmitting power to a vehicle by noncontact has: a plurality of power transmission apparatuses for transmitting power to the vehicle; at least one detection device for detecting a signal emitted from the vehicle using narrow range wireless communication; and a controller for controlling the power transmission apparatuses. The power transmission apparatuses are arranged in a road aligned in a direction of advance of the vehicle. One first detection device is arranged so as to enable detection of the signal at an upstream side from the most upstream power transmission apparatus. The control device controls transmission of power from power transmission apparatuses other than the first power transmission apparatus positioned the most upstream, based on the signal detected by the first detection device and power transmission result information at the power transmission apparatus positioned upstream of that power transmission apparatus.

In the information processing apparatus, association information in which function information is associated with identification information of each of a plurality of power feed mats is stored. The function information indicates which of the plurality of functions the power feed mat performs. The information processing apparatus specifies at least one power feed mat among the plurality of power feed mats based on the accepted inquiry and the association information and provides information based on a result of specifying.

A new route is computed if an SOC of a battery of the hybrid vehicle is lower than a predetermined threshold value while the hybrid vehicle is located within the restriction zone when the hybrid vehicle moves along a computed route, or if the SOC is predicted to be lower than the threshold value while the hybrid vehicle is located within the restriction zone when the hybrid vehicle is assumed to move along the computed route.
