摘要: The invention provides a polymer electrolyte fuel cell device 1 comprising at least one fuel cell 10 having an anode, a cathode and a polymer electrolyte membrane provided between the anode and cathode, a combustion unit 3, a fuel gas pipe 4 for introducing therethrough the unreacted portion of a fuel gas discharged from the fuel cell 10 into the combustion unit 3, and an oxidizer gas supply manifold 2 for supplying oxidizer gas discharged from the combustion unit 3 to the cathode. By partly consuming the oxygen contained in an oxidizer gas supplied from outside, the combustion unit 3 burns the unreacted fuel gas and burns the impurities contained in the oxidizer gas. This feature prevents the polymer electrolyte membrane from drying, affords a high cell voltage without impairment and enables the device to achieve a higher overall efficiency than in the prior art.

摘要: A stick lever unit is provided that is capable of eliminating uncomfortable feeling during manipulation of the stick, as well as, minimizing breaking of a wiring conductor of the variable resistor. The stick lever unit includes a fixing member, a first variable resistor attached to the fixing member, a first rotational member rotatably journalled to the fixing member for rotationally controlling the first variable resistor, a second variable resistor attached to the first rotational member, and a second rotational member having a stick lever and being rotationally journalled to the first rotational member to rotationally control the second variable resistor. The wiring conductors of the second variable resistor are derived out from the lead-out hole in the rotational shaft of the first rotational member, which is attached to the second variable resistor.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide fuel cell including a cell that is formed by sandwiching solid polymer membrane between an anode and a cathode that generates electricity with stability and high performance by evenly moistening the solid polymer membrane. For this purpose, in a gas diffusion layer 24, which is positioned adjacent to a cathode catalyst layer 22, the content of fluororesin in an area on the side of the entrance for the oxidizer is set to be higher than in another area on the side of the exit so that the water repellency in the entrance side area is higher than in the exit side area. As a result, a water permeation suppressing part 24A, where the water permeability is relatively low, is formed in the area on the entrance side, while a water permeable part 24B, where the water permeability is relatively high, is formed in the area on the exit side.
