摘要: A lock apparatus of a seat for a vehicle includes a striker, a base including a first groove portion, a hook including a second groove portion and pivoting between a lock position and an unlock position, a pawl restraining a pivotal movement of the hook towards the unlock position while allowing the pivotal movement of the hook towards the lock position, a cam member including a cam profile for allowing the pivotal movement of the hook towards the lock position and for restraining the pivotal movement of the hook towards the unlock position, and a first biasing member. When the hook is pivoted to the lock position, the striker is positioned between the rotational shaft of the hook and the rotational shaft of the pawl, and the pawl and the hook are engaged at an opposite position of the rotational shaft of the hook relative to the striker.

摘要: A seat sliding device for a vehicle includes a first rail and a second rail coupled to the first rail to make relative movement with respect to the first rail. A lever is coupled to the second rail to rotate about an axis extending in the widthwise direction, and a lock plate which is fixed to the rear end part of the lever part and arranged between first side wall parts to extend in the widthwise direction astride side wall part through holes and folded wall part through holes. At both edge parts of the lock plate in the widthwise direction, there is formed a latching part which engages with a latched part of the first rail when the lever part rotationally moves in one direction and is released from the latched part when the lever part rotationally moves in the other direction.

摘要: There is provided a method for testing a piezoelectric/electrostrictive actuator, wherein the displacement of a piezoelectric/electrostrictive actuator is estimated on the basis of the relations between one or more frequency characteristic values selected from the group consisting of the heights and areas of the peaks of the resonance waveforms and the difference of the maximum and minimum of the first order or first to higher orders of the resonance frequency characteristic values of the piezoelectric/electrostrictive actuator and the k-th order (k=1 to 4) of the first or first to higher orders of resonance frequencies. According to this piezoelectric/electrostrictive actuator testing method, a piezoelectric/electrostrictive actuator can be tested with high precision without actually driving the same as a product and without being accompanied by any disassembly/breakage.

摘要: A vehicle seat device includes a seat cushion frame and a seatback frame including a lower-side frame supported at a lower end portion thereof to be tiltable relative to a rear end portion of the seat cushion frame, an upper-side frame arranged at an upper portion of the lower-side frame, and a center bending mechanism coupling the lower-side frame and the upper-side frame to be bendable forward, wherein the center bending mechanism bends the upper-side frame about a rotational center that is ahead of a seatback outer layer covering a front surface of the seatback frame. The movement of the upper-side frame when tilted comes close to the movement of the passenger who bends forward. The slip between the seatback outer layer and the back of the passenger can be minimized, and thus, it becomes possible to lessen an uncomfortable feeling of a passenger.

摘要: There is provided a method for manufacturing a piezoelectric actuator where the planar shape is adjusted by subjecting the piezoelectric body layer located on one of the outer surfaces in the two or more piezoelectric body layers to a polarization treatment to control remnant polarization of the piezoelectric body layer. The piezoelectric actuator is used as a drive portion of a piezoelectric drive type variable capacitor. The variable capacitor has high mechanical strength and excellent reliability for a long period of time. The relation between the displacement amount of the piezoelectric actuator and the capacity of the capacitor is stable, and the variable capacity is wide.
