摘要： A rotary developing device incorporated in image forming equipment has a plurality of developing units rotatably mounted on a rotary shaft and rotating the developing units for sequentially developing latent images electrostatically formed on an image carrier at a developing position where the developing units sequentially face the image carrier. First side plates are formed integrally at least with the rotary shaft. Partitions extend radially away from said rotary shaft for separating said developing units from one another. Second side plates are respectively removably mounted on the first side plates. At least a developer carrier included in each of the developing units and a member also included in the developing unit and contacting or adjoining the developer carrier in a predetermined positional relation are mounted on the second side plates.

摘要： A joint having an OLDHAM state coupling at a leading edge thereof is held movably in a direction which is parallel to a joint axis at a full-color printer body. A coupling gear is substantially connected to a developing roller disposed in each mono-color developing unit, which makes up a revolving type developing device. At the time of developing by one of the mono-color developing units, the joint is capable of moving in parallel to the axis of the joint in the state of being rotated toward the coupling. A projection is further provided at the leading edge of the coupling, and a claw is further provided at the end of the coupling gear. Thereby, smooth engagement between the coupling gear and the coupling is made by the help of the OLDHAM state coupling, the projection and the claw. As a result, the driving force is transmitted from the joint to the developing roller disposed in the developing unit, so that the developing roller can rotate at a predetermined speed and direction.

摘要： A revolver type developing device for an image forming apparatus. A rotary body is mounted on a shaft and has a plurality of developing units mounted thereon. The developing units are arranged around the shaft, and each stores a powdery developer and accommodates a developer transport member for supplying the developer to an image carrier. A drive source rotates the rotary body to bring any one of the developing units to a developing position where the developing unit faces the image carrier. A one-way transmission mechanism is located on a drive transmission path extending from the drive source to the rotary body for preventing a drive force from being imparted from the rotary body to the drive source. When the rotary body tends to rotate or vibrate due to an external force or vibration, the rotation or vibration is prevented from reaching the drive source.

摘要： A toner container that is detachably attached to a main body of an image forming apparatus such that a longitudinal direction of the toner container is parallel to a horizontal direction is provided. The toner container includes: a cylindrical container body that has an opening on one end, and is configured to convey toner inside the body toward the opening; a cap portion into which the opening of the container body is inserted, and which includes a toner outlet at a bottom portion for discharging toner discharged from the opening of the container body to the outside of the toner container in a vertically downward direction; and a shutter member that is held on the bottom portion of the cap portion, and moves along an outer periphery of the cap portion to open and close the toner outlet. The cap portion is formed by integral molding.

摘要： In a method of manufacturing a ball grid array (BGA) semiconductor package, micro balls are mounted onto a respective plurality of through-holes formed in a substrate, and a semiconductor device is mounted on a die pad portion of the substrate. The semiconductor device and the micro balls are electrically connected with bonding wires. The semiconductor device, the die pad portion, the bonding wires, and parts of the micro balls are sealed together with an insulating resin to form an encapsulation member. The encapsulation member and the substrate are then cut into individual BGA semiconductor packages.
