    摘要: There is disclosed an apparatus for displaying a current location of a running body in which a constantly changing location of the running body on a two-dimensional coordinates is successively computed, while detecting a running distance of the running body and a running direction of the same, and the current location of said running body is displayed renewally, in accordance with the data thus computed, on a display screen having a map previously displayed thereon. The apparatus comprises means for extracting a linear running portion from current location of the running body obtained by storing data of the current location, means for extracting a linear road portion from adjoining roads on the map which corresponds to the linear running portion extracted from the current location means for effecting matching between the extracted linear running portion and linear road portion, depending on their positional relationship and means for putting the current location, onto the road to which the matching has been effected.

The device includes a first reflective mirror, provided on a reverse side of a door mirror oriented in a forward direction, for showing an area located diagonally in front of the vehicle, and a second reflective mirror, provided on an interior side of a front pillar, for reflecting light reflected off the first reflective mirror toward the driver. The driver looks at the second reflective mirror via the first reflective mirror and checks the blind spot diagonally in front of the vehicle.

    摘要: A vehicular integrated mirror system is provided that is supported on a vehicle body that includes a door, and has an outside mirror disposed outside a vehicle compartment and an interior mirror disposed within the vehicle compartment at a position in the proximity of the outside mirror so that, in cooperation with the outside mirror, a vehicle rear field of vision is obtained, wherein a mirror holder retaining the outside mirror and the inside mirror is swingably supported on mirror support means mounted on the vehicle body in order to change the reflection angle of the two mirror relative to a vehicle driver, and the reflection angle of the outside mirror and the inside mirror is changed by remote drive means that makes the mirror holder swing by remote operation. This enables the reflection angle of the outside mirror and the inside mirror to be remotely controlled.

    摘要: A vehicular lighting system that enhances motorcycle visibility is provided. Vehicle front headlights, arranged so as to be laterally symmetrical, are formed in a shape of eyes capable of evoking a face. A headlight includes a circular main light forming a pupil portion, an annular ring forming an iris portion, plates each forming a sclera portion (white of eye), an upper frame forming the contour of an upper eyelid portion, and a lower frame forming the contour of a lower eyelid portion. When the main light and the plates are made to emit light, and the ring is non-light emitting, the pupil portion and the sclera portion are clearly discriminated from each other, thus enabling recognition as “eyes” not only in the daytime but also in the nighttime. The light emitting portions may be set as the main light, the upper frame and the lower frame, and the like.

A data processor 1 comprises a clock pulse generation circuit and a circuit module operating on input clock signal CLKi output from the clock pulse generation circuit. In case of restoration from a power-on reset period or a standby state, the clock pulse generation circuit stepwise changes frequencies of the clock signal from low to high frequencies. This makes it possible to prevent a power supply current from suddenly increasing in case of restoration from the power-on reset period or the standby state.

    摘要: The present invention is to contribute to reduction in cost of a system performing image recognition and display control on input image data. A data processor includes a central processing unit, a graphic controller, a display controller, an image recognizing module, a memory controller capable of controlling an access to an external memory, and image data input units for inputting image data from the outside and capable of performing necessary format conversion, and the components are formed on a single semiconductor substrate. The display controller performs display control on the image data read from the external memory via the memory controller. The image data input unit stores the image data input from the outside or the image data subjected to the necessary format conversion into a first area in the external memory via the memory controller. The image recognizing module or central processing unit executes an image process using the image data in the first area or image data in a second area, obtained by performing necessary data process on the image data, and stores a result of the process in a third area in the external memory.
