Abstract:
A method for moving an upper mold against a lower mold in a mold casting machine having a mold clamping mechanism attached to a lifting and lowering frame. The mechanism has an upper mold lifting and lowering device that assembles and separates the upper and lower molds by lifting and lowering the upper mold relative to the lower mold and the frame. A space for a setting a core and for taking out products is formed between the upper and lower molds by lifting the device relative to the frame, and by lifting the frame relative to the lower mold. Then the frame is lowered until the upper mold comes close to the lower mold. Thereafter the upper mold is lowered by the device to form an assembled mold, molten metal is introduced into the mold and after the metal has solidified the upper mold is lifted by the device, all while the frame is kept fixed relative to the lower mold.
Abstract:
A low-pressure casting apparatus that prevents molten metal that is a residue in a conduit from being oxidized. The low-pressure casting apparatus includes a compartment for holding a molten metal 1, a pressure chamber 2 that can communicate with the compartment, wherein the molten meal is pressurized in the chamber, an on-off valve 5 that opens and closes hole 4 through which the compartment can communicate with the pressure chamber, a conduit 7 that conducts the molten metal to the mold 6, wherein the base of the conduit is connected to a lower part of the chamber so as to communicate with the chamber, the end of the conduit being made so that it can communicate with a sprue for a mold 6, a float 9 that goes up and down in the pressure chamber, and a tank that stores an inert gas and that has a pipe 13 that is connected to the upper part of the pressure chamber 2. The base of the conduit is connected to the pressure chamber so that the conduit can communicate with a space that is formed above the molten metal in the pressure chamber, when the level of the molten metal is lowered by raising the float after the molten metal in the mold has solidified, the mold having been filled with the molten metal by lowering and immersing the float in it which causes the level of the metal to rise.

The method to operate the upper mold against a lower mold whereby molten metal held in a holding furnace is poured via a stoke into s set of molds consisting of the upper and lower molds and to manufacture casting products, the mold casting machine comprising a mold clamping mechanism attached to a lifting and lowering frame, wherein the mold clamping mechanism is equipped with the upper mold lifting and lowering means that carries out the assembling and separation of the upper and lower molds by lifting and lowering, relative to the lower mold and the lifting and lowering frame, the upper mold being attached to the lower part of the upper mold lifting and lowering means, wherein the space for a setting of a core and for taking out the products is formed between the upper and lower molds by the lifting of the upper mold lifting and lowering means relative to the lifting and lowering frame, and by the lifting of the lifting and lowering frame relative to the lower mold, and wherein the molten metal is poured, while the lifting and lowering frame, to which the mold clamping mechanism having the upper mold is attached, is kept fixed relative to the lower mold, and then the permanent mold casting machine causes the upper mold to be separated from the lower mold by the operation of the upper mold lifting and lowering means, while keeping the lifting and lowering frame fixed relative to the lower mold.
Abstract:
A motorcycle with a seat frame and seat attached to a seat post. The seat frame is covered with the seat as viewed from above and is structured so as to hold an article in an exposed state thereon to form an article accommodating space below the seat. The rear wheel of the motorcycle is driven by a motor to which power is supplied from a battery. The voltage of the battery is converted by a charging and voltage conversion section to supply power to electrical equipment. The charging and voltage conversion section is attached in an exposed state to a vehicle body frame. A battery for supplying power to a motor is provided with a charging and voltage conversion apparatus for charging the battery. A charging cable for energizing the charging and voltage conversion apparatus is disposed in a hollow portion of a vehicle body frame.
Abstract:
The object of the present invention is to provide a device for low-pressure casting wherein the stalk or the guiding hole is filled with inert gas by causing the space formed over the molten metal in the pressurizing room to communicate with the stalk or the guiding hole. The device for low-pressure casting (100) wherein molten metal is supplied into a mold through a stalk (8) suspended from a gate for pouring of the mold (7) or through a guiding hole connected to the gate for pouring at one end by pressurizing the molten metal by inert gas, the device comprising: a room for holding molten metal (1); a pressurizing room (2) to be in communication with the room for holding molten metal through a hole for communication (4), wherein a bottom end of the stalk (8) enters the pressurizing room or another end of the guiding hole is connected to the pressurizing room, and wherein the molten metal is pressurized by inert gas; an on-off valve (5) for opening and shutting the hole for communication; a sensing means (15) for sensing that the space over the molten metal in the pressurizing room communicates with the stalk or the guiding hole; and a means (30) for supplying inert gas to an upper part of the pressurizing room.
Abstract:
Liquid drug preparations characterized by containing fudostein and an acid together with a sweetener such as sugar alcohol, trehalose or a sweetener having a high degree of sweetness. These liquid drug preparations are fudostein-containing liquid drug preparations which are free from color change or sedimentation upon prolonged storage and can be easily taken.
Abstract:
A vehicular lighting system that enhances motorcycle visibility is provided. Vehicle front headlights, arranged so as to be laterally symmetrical, are formed in a shape of eyes capable of evoking a face. A headlight includes a circular main light forming a pupil portion, an annular ring forming an iris portion, plates each forming a sclera portion (white of eye), an upper frame forming the contour of an upper eyelid portion, and a lower frame forming the contour of a lower eyelid portion. When the main light and the plates are made to emit light, and the ring is non-light emitting, the pupil portion and the sclera portion are clearly discriminated from each other, thus enabling recognition as “eyes” not only in the daytime but also in the nighttime. The light emitting portions may be set as the main light, the upper frame and the lower frame, and the like.
