摘要: A compressor has a housing and a cylinder block. The housing includes suction and discharge chambers. The cylinder block is fixed to the housing via a valve plate assembly. The valve plate assembly forms suction and discharge ports and suction and discharge valves. A partition wall is formed with the housing, and separates the suction chamber and the discharge chamber. The housing includes a first surface, and the cylinder block includes a second surface. At least one of the first and second surfaces is concave in shape. The cylinder block is screwed to the housing at the partition wall or a position closer to the central axis of the housing than the partition wall by a bolt so that the first surface faces the second surface.

摘要: A variable displacement compressor includes a housing, a rotary shaft, a bearing, a seal member, a shaft seal chamber, a discharge refrigerant passage and a partition. The partition is provided in the shaft seal chamber for partitioning the shaft seal chamber into a first seal chamber to which the discharge refrigerant passage is opened and a second seal chamber part of the periphery of which is formed by the bearing and the seal member. The partition is provided with a first guide passage through which refrigerant containing lubricating oil flowed from the discharge refrigerant passage into tho first seal chamber is substantially all supplied to the seal member of the second seal chamber.

摘要: The invention has its object to provide a swash plate compressor capable of realizing demonstration of an excellent sliding characteristic when a drive shaft is rotated at high speed, and of a high refrigerating capacity when the drive shaft is rotated at low speed.With the swash plate compressor of the invention, an oil guide groove, an oil guide hole, a first hole, an outflow hole, a valve hole, a communication port, a receiving chamber, a throttle hole, and a second hole constitute a release passage. The oil guide groove, the oil guide hole, the first hole, the outflow hole, the valve hole, the communication port, the receiving chamber, and the throttle hole constitute a first passage. Also, the second hole constitute a second passage. A valve mechanism increases a ratio, at which the first passage occupies the release passage, as a drive shaft is increased in rotating speed.

摘要: An air-conditioning system capable of always effectively performing the heating function by selectively using one of a cooling circuit and a heating circuit sharing a variable displacement type compressor is disclosed. An electromagnetic capacity control valve (43) controls the discharge capacity of a variable displacement type compressor (25) in response to the differential pressure between the discharge pressure Pd of a discharge chamber (132) and the suction pressure Ps of a suction chamber (131). The energization and deenergization of the capacity control valve (43) is controlled by a control unit (59). When a cooling command switch (63) is turned on, the control unit (59) deenergizes a switching valve (29) thereby to control the cooling operation while at the same time controlling the discharge capacity by the capacity control valve (43). When a heating command switch (64) is turned on, on the other hand, the control unit (59) energizes the switching valve (29) thereby to control the heating operation while at the same time controlling the discharge capacity by the capacity control valve (43).

摘要: The flow control valve used in a variable displacement refrigerant compressor, which is incorporated in a refrigerating system, and arranged in a controlling passage fluidly interconnecting between a crank chamber and a discharge chamber or a suction chamber to regulate an opening formed in a predetermined portion of the controlling passage in a control characteristics in which when the discharge pressure of the refrigerant discharged from a discharge chamber of the compressor increases, the suction pressure of the refrigerant entering from the refrigerating system into a suction chamber increases. The flow control valve has a pressure sensing member for sensing of one of the suction and the crank-chamber pressure, and a valve element movable to increase and reduce the opening of the predetermined portion of the controlling passage on the basis of sensing of one of the suction and crank-chamber pressures by the pressure-sensing member.

摘要: A variable displacement compressor in a refrigeration circuit using carbon dioxide refrigerant. The compressor changes the inclination of a swash plate located in a control chamber in accordance with the difference between the pressure in the control chamber and the pressure in a suction chamber thereby varying the compressor displacement. The compressor includes a control valve that adjusts the difference between the pressure in the control chamber and the pressure in the suction pressure. The control valve controls the flow rate of refrigerant supplied from the discharge chamber to the control chamber thereby adjusting the pressure difference. A controller inputs information from the outside of the refrigeration circuit. The outside information includes the outside temperature, the temperature of a passenger compartment and a target compartment temperature set by a temperature adjuster. The controller sets a target value of the pressure of refrigerant discharged from the compressor in accordance with the outside information. The controller then controls the current supplied to the control valve such that the target discharge pressure is rapidly reached. The compressor reduces unnecessary operation thereby reducing the power consumption and the load.
