    摘要: Wire connection and pipe connection between two cars is easily performed. Wires (electric wires) 29 and 30 of cars are connected to each other through connecting wires 21 mounted to a truck frame 4C of an articulated truck 4. The connecting wires 21 are inserted into a flexible protecting pipe member 28 and an intermediate portion thereof is mounted within a concave portion 4Da formed on an upper portion of a side frame 4D of the truck frame 4C. And, an upper opening of the concave portion 4Da is closed by a cover plate. Connectors 22 and 23 are provided at front and rear end portions of the connecting wire 21 for electric connection with cars. The connectors 22 and 23 are removably connected to connectors 26 and 27 of the wires 29 and 30 of the cars, which are mounted by mounting brackets 24 and 25 under the car bodies 2A and 3A.

    摘要: A developing device includes an image carrier, a developer carrier, a biasing unit disposed upstream of a developing area, and a controller configured to control the biasing unit, and a cleaning member disposed downstream of the developing area to remove the liquid developing agent remaining on the developer carrier. A latent image held on the image carrier may be developed with the liquid developing agent, including charged toner and a carrier liquid, at the developing area where the developer carrier faces the image carrier. The controller causes the biasing unit to apply a first bias voltage to the surface of the liquid developing agent held on the developer carrier during developing, or a second bias voltage thereto during cleaning.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for automatically binding a silicon wafer to a carrier plate. In the binding method of the present invention, the wafer is positioned underneath the carrier plate and then lifted and bonded to the carrier plate, at or below atmospheric pressure: once this is accomplished the process returns to the previous pressure. In addition, in the apparatus which performs this process, by means of a carrier means which supplies the carrier plate and wafer to the location where binding is to be carried out, the binding surface of the carrier plate and wafer are turned upward, transported and the carrier plate is flipped around in the interval between the carrier plate transportation apparatus and the binding unit.
