摘要: Embodiments herein relate to a method performed by a transmitting device for handling communication of data towards a receiving device in a wireless communications network. The transmitting device schedules a data transmission of a data burst in at least one sub-slot of a first slot, and in a second slot, wherein the at least one sub-slot differs in time length compared to the second slot. The transmitting device further transmits at least part of the at least part of the data transmission as scheduled by scrambling the data transmission independent of a transmission time of the at least part of the data transmission.

摘要: According to some embodiments, a method for use in a user equipment (UE) of transmitting uplink data in unlicensed spectrum comprises receiving, from a network node, an uplink grant comprising an indication of one or more subframes to use for transmitting uplink data. Each subframe comprises a plurality of symbols. The method further comprises obtaining an indication of a listen-before-talk (LBT) type. The LBT type indicates a type of LBT procedure that the UE should perform before transmitting uplink data. The method further comprises determining, using the obtained LBT type, at least one of a starting symbol and a stopping symbol for transmitting uplink data, and transmitting uplink data according to at least one of the determined starting symbol and the determined stopping symbol.

摘要: A contending radio node (200) is configured for attempting contention-based random access. The contending radio node (200) obtains a timing advance sequence that is susceptible to contention. The contending radio node (200) transmits, using the same transmission advancement timing, the timing advance sequence and a contention-resolving identity to a recipient radio node (250). Responsive to that transmission, the contending radio node (200) receives a response signal that indicates a contention-resolving identity and a timing advance. The contending radio node (200) resolves any contention in its favor when the contention-resolving identity indicated by the response signal corresponds to the contention-resolving identity that the contending radio node (200) transmitted. The contending radio node (200), responsive to resolving the contention in its favor, adjusts its transmission advancement timing according to the timing advance indicated by the response signal.

摘要: A method performed by a first communication device for sending one or more control signals to a second communication device. The first communication device and the second communication device operate in a wireless communications network. The first communication device determines, during a first period, that a transmission medium is available for sending the one or more control signals to the second communication device. The first communication device then sends, to the second communication device, the one or more control signals along with a discovery signal, via the transmission medium. The discovery signal and the one or more control signals are sent without data after the first period. The first period is shorter than a second period for determining that the transmission medium is available for sending the data.

摘要: A method and network node for adaptation of contention windows in a multicarrier wireless communication system implementing a listen-before-talk protocol are disclosed. According to one aspect, a method includes determining at least one component carrier (CC), of multiple CCs to serve as a backoff channel. The method further includes performing a listen-before-talk procedure on the at least one CC serving as a backoff channel. The listen-before-talk procedure includes sensing for each backoff channel whether a clear channel exists during a backoff period drawn from a contention window (CW). The LBT procedure also includes deferring transmitting on a CC for which the sensing does not indicate that a clear channel exists. The LBT procedure also includes transmitting on a CC for which the sensing indicates a clear channel exists. The method also includes determining a size of the CW based on at least one transmission feedback value.

摘要: A radio access node or wireless device performs LBT on a channel and dynamically determines a transmission starting point on the channel, based on whether the LBT succeeds before or after a slot boundary between a slot n and a previous slot n−1. In response to determining that the LBT succeeds before the slot boundary, a transmission scheduled for the slot n is extended to start earlier, in the previous slot n−1. Otherwise, in response to determining that the LBT succeeds after the slot boundary, either a transmission scheduled for a next slot n+1 is extended to start earlier, in the slot n, or a transmission scheduled for the a second mini-slot of the slot n is extended to start earlier, in a first mini-slot of the slot n.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods and devices for subframe scheduling. In example embodiments, according to a method implemented in a network device is provided, a report indicating a size of uplink data to be transmitted by the terminal device is received from a terminal device. Scheduling grant information is transmitted to the terminal device indicating a first number of subframes scheduled to the terminal device for transmission of the uplink data. The first number of subframes are determined based on the report, and the first number is greater than a second number of subframes to be consumed by the transmission of the uplink data.

摘要: In one aspect of the teachings herein, a transmitter uses a burst numbering scheme to dynamically number the transmit slots comprising a burst transmission on a secondary carrier operated in unlicensed spectrum, where the secondary carrier is time aligned with a primary carrier that operates in licensed spectrum and uses a fixed numbering scheme for its transmit slots. By assigning the transmit slot numbers dynamically, the transmitter has foreknowledge of the transmit slot numbers of the transmit slots within the transmit burst, and can therefore carry out processing that is dependent on the transmit slot number(s) assigned to the transmit slots comprising the burst, even when the burst start time is variable. Correspondingly, a receiver also has foreknowledge of the transmit slot numbers associated with a received burst that was dynamically numbered by a transmitter according to a burst numbering scheme known to the receiver.

摘要: In one aspect, the teachings herein describe an enhanced Reference Signal, RS, that is designed to be available for transmission in any symbol of a subframe. The enhanced RS may be an enhanced Sounding Reference Signal, SRS, or an enhanced DeModulation Reference Signal, DMRS. The enhanced RS provides an advantageous mechanism for channel capture in Listen-Before-Talk, LBT, scenarios, because subsequent to performing a successful Clear Channel Assessment, CCA, a node can begin transmitting the enhanced RS, to thereby capture the channel. The node can then transition into an actual data transmission on the channel according to whatever timing constraints are associated with the data transmission. In at least one embodiment, the enhanced RS is used for capturing an uplink channel on an LTE carrier operated in unlicensed spectrum, as part of a License Assisted Access, LAA, configuration.
