摘要: A method performed by a wireless device configured with dual connectivity between a first group of cells and a second group of cells is provided. The method includes determining a limit of a power of transmission of a first uplink transmission in the first group of cells. The limit is determined based on an identified second uplink transmission in the second group of cells overlapping in time with the first uplink transmission. The method further includes setting the power of transmission for the first uplink transmission based on the limit. Methods performed by a first network node and/or a second network node are also provided.

Also, multiple synchronization signals may be scheduled in the same subframe to enable fine time and frequency synchronization without cell-specific reference signals.

摘要: Systems and methods relating to transmit power control are disclosed. In some embodiments, a method of operation of a radio access node for providing transmit power control commands to a wireless device for uplink (UL) transmission on a cell that operates in an unlicensed frequency spectrum is provided. The method comprises indicating, for the cell that operates in the unlicensed frequency spectrum, a dynamic Transmit Power Control (TPC) command using a downlink (DL) control channel which indicates a DL-UL allocation of upcoming subframes in the cell that operates in the unlicensed frequency spectrum. In some embodiments, the DL control channel is a common DL control channel. In some other embodiments, the DL channel is a common Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH).

摘要: A method of measuring a received signal strength by a radio device in a radio access network, RAN, is provided. The radio device obtains a radio resource information indicative of a spatial domain of a radio resource for measuring the received signal strength. The spatial domain of the radio resource corresponds to a combination of antenna elements in the radio device according to a spatial domain filter. The radio device measures the received signal strength on the radio resource in the spatial domain according to the obtained radio resource information. The radio device transmits a report to the RAN, the report being indicative of the received signal strength. The received signal strength includes a received signal strength indicator, RSSI.

The UE (10) receives a wake-up signal with a multibit indication from a radio network node (12), wherein the multibit indication comprises a first bit indicating to start or not to start, for a first cell, an on-duration timer at one or more of the next occurrence of an on-duration, and a second bit indicating to apply dormancy or non-dormancy behavior on a second cell at the next occurrence of an on-duration for the second cell. The UE (10) further performs an action related to the wake-up signal taking the received multibit indication into account.-

摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed herein that relate to multiple candidate starting points for a transmit burst in unlicensed spectrum. In some embodiments, a method of operation of a radio access node for performing a transmit burst in an unlicensed spectrum comprises transmitting a transmit burst in an unlicensed spectrum, wherein the transmit burst spans multiple subframes/slots and the transmitting of the transmit burst starts at one of a plurality of candidate starting points defined in at least a first subframe/slot of the transmit burst that occurs after successful completion of a Listen-Before-Talk (LBT) procedure for the transmit burst. In this manner, a radio access node (e.g., an enhanced or evolved Node B (eNB) in Long Term Evolution (LTE)) has flexibility to transmit a downlink transmit burst starting at different starting positions based on LBT outcome.

摘要: Systems and methods relating to accurate Channel State Information (CSI) measurements for a License Assisted Secondary Cell (LA SCell) are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a wireless device enabled to operate in a cellular communications network according to a carrier aggregation scheme using both a licensed frequency band and an unlicensed frequency band operates to determine whether a Channel State Information Reference Symbol (CSI-RS) transmission from a LA SCell of the wireless device is present in a subframe, where the LA SCell is in an unlicensed frequency band. The wireless device further operates to process a CSI-RS measurement for the LA SCell for the subframe upon determining that a CSI-RS transmission from the LA SCell is present in the subframe and refrain from processing a CSI-RS measurement for the LA SCell for the subframe upon determining that a CSI-RS transmission from the LA SCell is not present in the subframe.
