Abstract:
A trigger type sprayer which comprises a sprayer body whose inner lateral walls are provided with a pair of mutually facing engagement grooves, and wherein a trigger of the sprayer has a notch cut out in the upper end portion of the front wall and a pair of lugs formed on the outside of the upper end portions of the lateral walls. A nozzle fixed to the sprayer body extends outward through the notched portion of the trigger, and has a pair of axially extending stoppers integrally formed on the outer surface of the nozzle. The trigger can be rotatably connected to the sprayer body with ease due to the paired lugs being snap-fitted to the engagement grooves of the sprayer body and the upper end portions of the lateral walls of the trigger are prevented from being thrown inward by the stoppers of the nozzle and in consequence coming off the sprayer body.
Abstract:
To provide an accumulation valve which is stable and moves sensitively, where the number of parts has been reduced, and an accumulator trigger sprayer assembled with the same. The present invention is an accumulation valve S used in an accumulator trigger sprayer 100 which imparts pressure to liquid in a cylinder by a piston portion 11 to spray liquid from a nozzle portion 5a to the outside, the accumulation valve S including a piston valve portion 21, a spring portion 22 for pressing the piston valve portion 21 to a piston valve seat, and a mounting portion 23 for mounting the spring portion 22 to the piston portion 11, wherein the piston valve portion 21, the spring portion 22 and the mounting portion 23 are formed integrally.
Abstract:
A push-type dispenser which has a cylinder as thin as possible and is free from deformation is provided. A pump dispenser (A) has a cylinder (1), a piston (4) slidably attached to the cylinder (1) from inside, and a nozzle head (2) having a nozzle opening (N) coupled to the piston (4). The pump dispenser discharges liquid from the nozzle opening (N) by applying a pressure to the liquid filling the interior of the cylinder (1) by pushing the nozzle head (2), wherein the wall of the cylinder has a thickness of 0.6 mm to 1.3 mm.

A method of forming a MEMS structure over active circuitry in a semiconductor body includes forming active circuitry in a semiconductor body, and forming the MEMS structure over the active circuitry, wherein at least a portion of the MEMS structure spatially overlaps the active circuitry.
Abstract:
A drive circuit including circuitry that can be easily adjusted, the output drive current can be kept balanced, and high-precision drive current can be supplied to the load circuit. Clamp circuit 10 is furnished to hold the drain voltage of current output transistor QN12, which supplies drive current to a load resistor. When transistor QN12 is in a conducting state, drain voltage VA of transistor QN12 is held at approximately the same level as source voltage VD of transistor QN14 by clamp circuit 10. So rise and fall in the drain output current of transistor QN12 can be kept balanced, and rise and fall delay time can be made approximately equal for input signal Sin.
Abstract:
A hook is formed on the rear surface of a nozzle cover. A cantilever is formed on the front surface of a nozzle and extends forward. An engaging portion engageable with the hook, such as another hook is formed on the upper surface of the cantilever. The hook of the nozzle cover is disengaged with the hook of the cantilever by pushing the cantilever and bending the cantilever downward.
Abstract:
A liquid container to which a cylinder of a manually operated push type dispenser is attached is so shaped that it can be held with fingers except for the thumbs. An assembly is provided between the cylinder and a push button fixed to a distal end of a piston for preventing the push button from rotating. A flange is integrally formed with the cylinder to prevent the slipping of the fingers holding the container and oriented in substantially the same direction as an orifice of the push button.
Abstract:
A digital display device which has a delay circuit for operating a segment on-off driver so that when the ambient temperature at the time of renewing display is lower than a predetermined value, an OFF signal is sent to an ON segment and then, after the lapse of a predetermined time, an ON signal is sent to an OFF segment. Consequently, the overlap time between the segment to which an OFF signal was newly transmitted and the segment to which an ON signal was newly transmitted, can be made very short or eliminated whereby the discriminatability is improved to prevent misunderstanding of the display.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a dispenser which has a piston attached to its head and a cylinder attached to its cap and which is constructed so that it may be fitted onto a vessel through the cap and so that it may, in accordance with the sliding movement of the piston, suck up a liquid in the vessel into the cylinder through a primary valve and pressurize the liquid to cause the same to issue outside the dispenser through a secondary valve. The dispenser has a child-proofing mechanism including a protruded portion formed on the cap and having an engagement groove and an engagement projection formed on the inner wall surface of the head and, by being rotated with the piston located at its depressed position, engaged with the engagement groove of the protruded portion to lock the piston made integral with the head to its depressed position. An engagement projection or engagement groove is formed on or in the outer wall surface of the cap. An engagement groove or engagement projection is formed in or on the head engageably with the engagement projection or engagement groove of the cap. The dispenser has a mechanism for preventing the rotation and rising movement of the head, formed on a virgin seal removably disposed between the cap and the head.
Abstract:
An injection molding machine comprises an injection mechanism for heating and melting molding material and for injecting the molten material into cavities defined by a fixed die and a movable die and a die clamping mechanism for clamping and separating the fixed die and movable die. The fixed die is attached to a fixed platen provided near the injection mechanism and the movable die is attached to a movable platen provided near the die clamping mechanism. The die clamping mechanism is movable in a horizontal direction. A slider is provided on said movable platen and can reciprocably slide in a horizontal direction different from the direction in which the die clamping mechanism moves, and the aforesaid movable die and another movable die are attached to the slider so as to alternately come into face-to-face relation with the fixed die as the slider reciprocates.
