摘要： In a production method for manufacturing a plurality of chip-size packages, a plurality of semiconductor chip areas are defined on a surface of a wafer, each of the chip areas being produced as a semiconductor device having a plurality of electrode pads formed thereon. A plurality of sprout-shaped metal bumps formed on each device such that the respective metal bumps are bonded on the pads formed on a corresponding semiconductor device. A resin-sealing layer is formed on the surface of the wafer such that tips of the metal bumps formed on each of the devices are projected from a top surface of the resin-sealing layer. A plurality of wiring patterns are formed on the top surface of the resin-sealing layer such that each of the wiring patterns is allocated to a corresponding semiconductor device, and such that electrical connections are established between each of the wiring patterns and the tips of the metal bumps formed on the corresponding semiconductor device. A plurality of metal balls are formed on each of the wiring patterns such that electrical connections are established therebetween.

摘要： A portable terminal apparatus can attain a cost reduction and miniaturization. An antenna is accommodated in a housing of the portable terminal apparatus. The antenna includes a plurality of independent antenna wiring portions formed on a flexible base. A printed-wiring board, accommodated in the housing, has a wiring pattern connected to the antenna. An intersection part is provided in the printed-wiring board where a part of the wiring pattern crosses another part of the wiring pattern so as to connect the antenna wiring portions in a loop form.

Subsequently, a race (2) is finished with high precisions using the outer periphery (5) as a working reference. There is an alternative method wherein a spline hole (4) with a machining allowance is precisely formed by means of a broach (X) prior to the heat treatment of a blank (B); after hardening the blank (B) by the heat treatment, tooth flanks (4a) of the spline hole (4) are precisely finished by means of a finishing broach (Y); and then, a race (2) of an input disc (D1) is precisely finished using the tooth flanks (4a) as a working reference.

摘要： The user observes a liquid crystal display panel screen positioned within a lens barrel through a lens. An infrared LED that emits pulses of light and a phototransistor are positioned in an eyecup against which the user's eye is pressed. An ambient light detecting circuit provides a control signal showing whether or not the user's eye is pressed against the eyecup and a control signal showing the amount of ambient light on the basis of the output signal of the phototransistor. A control circuit controls the luminance of a backlight unit according to the control signals. When the user's eye is not pressed against the eyecup, the display luminance is reduced to zero and the display is turned off. The display luminance is enhanced only when the amount of ambient light is large. Thus, needless power consumption can be avoided, and the screen can be satisfactorily observed even if a large quantity of light enters into the ocular part where the ambient light is bright.

Therefore, in the network advertisement system, when a user purchases an article, information of the article is notified to friends of the user to thereby automatically provide an amount of affiliate to the user or a plurality of users.
