摘要： An axial flow type laser oscillator has a laser resonator having a first gas discharge tube (5a) and a second gas discharge tube (5b) connected coaxially, serially and linearly connected (5a, 5b) to form an integral gas discharge tube (5a+5b) and a resonator base (9) containing a gas distribution paths therein for distributing the laser medium gas to both ends of the integral gas discharge tube (5a, 5b) and disposed in substantial parallelism along the laser resonator and holds both ends of said integral gas discharge tube; the resonator base is held at one end by a pin-bearing and the other end by a roller bearing, so that no stress is given to the integral gas discharge tube (5a+5b) even at temperature rise of the laser medium gas.

摘要： A hydraulic operating apparatus in which a differential piston is used as a drive unit, and in which the differential piston is driven by applying a high pressure fluid on a large piston face side through a hydraulic pressure control device for controlling the hydraulic pressure, and a high pressure fluid always being applied on the small piston face side. The hydraulic operating apparatus is constructed such that a high pressure fluid is applied concurrently on both piston faces when the differential piston stops at its receded position, and a thrust generated due to the difference between the forces applied on the both piston faces is held in check by a holding device acting on the differential piston or its extension. The differential piston is moved forward upon the removal of the holding force of the holding device, and the piston is moved backward upon the removal of the high pressure fluid on the large piston face side.

摘要： A hot rolled steel sheet cooling apparatus includes a gradual cooling header 2 including a rod-like cooling water nozzle 3 for gradual cooling and a rapid cooling header 4 including a rod-like cooling water nozzle 5 for rapid cooling such that the headers constitute a cooling unit 9. The cooling unit 9 includes an elevating unit 7 capable of moving upward and downward in unison with the cooling unit. In cooling the upper surface of a hot rolled steel sheet (hot rolled steel strip or steel plate), uniform and stable cooling is achieved while both of high cooling rate and low cooling rate are ensured.

摘要： A powder coating is provided, comprising a particulate material having a particle distribution satisfying the following requirements:(a) the volume 50% diameter is from 7 .mu.m to 20 .mu.m;(b) the proportion by volume of particles having a particle diameter of not less than 30 .mu.m is not more than 20%; and(c) the proportion by population of particles having a particle diameter of not more than 5 .mu.m in the particulate material is not more than 65%, the particulate material also has an external additive attached to the surface thereof, the percent coverage by the external additive (determined by an equation described in the specification) being from 30 to 200%. The powder coating can provide a film having a reduced thickness with an improved leveling, thus improving working efficiency. In addition, the fractions of the powder coating from the coating process can be recycled and re-used, thereby reducing the total cost.

摘要： A semiconductor memory device includes: a first memory cell array having a plurality of memory cells arrayed in a row direction and a column direction; a second memory cell array having at least serial access memory cells corresponding to a single row of the first memory cell array; a first data bus; a second data bus; a third data bus; and a bus switching control circuit for controlling a connection of each of the serial access memory cells to one of the first, second and third data buses and selecting one of the buses to connect the selected data bus to the external of the device. The bus switching control circuit outputs each of bit data in the serial access memory cells serially and alternately to the first and second data buses and, where a plurality of transfer data blocks are serially read out from the second memory cell array, outputs a bit data in the serial access memory cell corresponding to the head or last address in each of the transfer data blocks to the third data bus. As a result, it is possible to prevent interruption from being generated between the transfer data blocks in the serial data transfer operation and thus to increase the data transfer speed.

The hydraulic operating apparatus may comprise a conversion unit for converting contact closing and opening commands into an electrical signal for driving a linear or servo motor.
