    摘要: A flow pattern transition pipe for use in a pneumatic conveyance system is provided. The flow pattern transition pipe comprises a first expansion pipe section gradually increasing in inner diameter in an axial direction, a second shrink pipe section following the first section from a maximum inner diameter end of the first section and gradually reducing in inner diameter in an axial direction away from the first section, and a third pipe section following the second section from a minimum inner diameter end of the second section, with a substantially identical inner diameter smaller than a minimum inner diameter of the first section. An axial length of the first section is from about three to about five times of the axial length of the second section.

The first conical portion extends downward from the cylindrical portion and is configured to be in fluid communication with the cylindrical portion. The second conical portion extends downward from the first conical portion and is configured to be in fluid communication with the first conical portion. The second conical portion is configured to form a mass flow of solid particles therein and defines at least one outlet thereon for discharging the solid particles. A method for pneumatically conveying solid particles is also presented.

    摘要: A control system for controlling a dry feed system to convey a solid fuel includes multiple sensors, a pressurizing gas controller, at least one assistant gas controller and multiple gas valves. The sensors generate multiple measurement signals signifying characteristics of the dry feed system. The pressuring gas controller calculates a feed tank pressure bias or/and a pressuring gas flow bias based on a solid flow rate and generates a first control signal based on the pressure bias or/and the pressurizing gas flow bias. The assistant gas controller calculates an assistant gas bias based on a solid loading ratio and generates a second control signal based on the assistant gas bias. The gas valves are driven by the first or/and second control signals to regulate the solid fuel. A control method is also described.

    摘要: A control system for controlling a dry feed system to convey a solid fuel includes multiple sensors, a pressurizing gas controller, at least one assistant gas controller and multiple gas valves.     摘要: A system for use in a gasification system, comprises a solid pump that delivers a pressurized fuel and a high-pressure transition vessel. The transition vessel comprises a first inlet connected to an outlet of the solid pump so that all of the fuel from the solid pump passes through the transition vessel, a second inlet for connection to a conveyance gas line, and an outlet through which the fuel is transported to a gasifier. The transition vessel is elongated in the direction of a flow so that a conveyance gas introduced through said conveyance gas line plus the pressure difference carries the fuel to the gasifier.
