Abstract:
A method of administering mobile crowdsourcing includes: receiving a plurality of requests from requestors to fulfill tasks at specified task locations; receiving an itinerary from a worker, the itinerary defining a journey the worker plans to take and including at least a starting point of the journey and an end point of the journey; automatically generating, based on the received itinerary, at least one parameterized, personlized action plan, the plan identifying a subset of the tasks for which requests had been received; and providing the plan to the worker.
Abstract:
The disclosed embodiments illustrate methods and systems for generating recommendations for client process execution of one or more client processes corresponding to a plurality of clients of an organization. The method comprises retrieving an event log including event data captured during execution of one or more processes in the organization to service a plurality of clients of a predefined type. The event log is analyzed across the plurality of clients to determine cross-clientele information including a process compliance deviation between an observed and an expected client process execution of the one or more processes. Thereafter, a set of root-causes of the process compliance deviation is determined based on process models of the one or more processes and/or decision rules of the organization. Further, one or more recommendations for the client process execution of the one or more processes of the organization are generated, based on the set of root-causes.
Abstract:
The disclosed embodiments illustrate methods and systems for processing crowd-sensed data to generate actionable insights of geographical areas. The method includes extracting the crowd-sensed data, corresponding to one or more events in a geographical area, from one or more data sources. The extracted crowd-sensed data is stored in a storage device based on at least a time, a location, and an event category associated with the extracted crowd-sensed data. The method further includes aggregating the stored crowd-sensed data based on at least the location and the event category. The method further includes rendering graphical distributions of the one or more events in the geographical area, based on at least the aggregated data, on a user interface displayed on a display screen of a computing device. The graphical distributions of the one or more events are representative of the actionable insights of the geographical area.
Abstract:
The disclosed embodiments illustrate method and system for information retrieval for a spatial region. The method includes receiving a query that comprises a first entity selection criteria, a second entity selection criteria, and a count of entities. The method further includes identifying a node, from a set of nodes at a level of a hierarchal database, having a bounding box, which satisfies the first entity selection criteria, wherein the node comprises at least a first array, wherein the first array comprises one or more second pointer values. The method further includes identifying a second pointer value from the one or more second pointer values that satisfies the second entity selection criteria, wherein the identified second pointer value is associated with a second array. Further, the method includes retrieving a subset of entities from a set of entities in the second array based on the count of entities in the query.
Abstract:
The disclosed embodiments illustrate methods and systems for assigning one or more tasks to a labor channel from one or more labor channels. The method includes selecting a first labor channel from said one or more labor channels based at least on a distribution of a performance metric associated with each of said one or more labor channels. The first labor channel is selected for execution of said one or more tasks. The method includes updating said distribution of said performance metric associated with each of said one or more labor channels. The method further includes selecting a second labor channel from said one or more labor channels based at least on a comparison between said updated distribution of said performance metric associated with said first labor channel, and said updated distribution of said performance metric associated with remaining one or more labor channels.
Abstract:
Some embodiments are directed to document banking systems and methods for facilitating service to an account holder. A document banking system includes a receiver for receiving a service request from the account holder and a service point manager for maintaining information about registered service points and service(s) provided by them. The document banking system also includes a location manager for maintaining information about location of the account holder. The system further includes a transaction engine for identifying a service point based on the service request and the location of the account holder; adding document(s) required for processing the service request in a document transfer queue of the service point; generate and provide a reference number to the account holder; and transfer the document(s) to a document account of the service point based on one or more conditions to prompt the service point to provide the service based on the document(s).
