    摘要: With an object to seek parameters of a biological model corresponding to individual patents, the present invention provides a biological simulation system comprises an internal parameter set generating section which generates internal parameter sets constituting a biological model, a biological model computing section computing output of a biological model which emulates a biological response of a biological organ based on the generated internal parameter set, and a template database having a plurality of combinations of a reference output value of the biological model and an internal parameter set corresponding to the reference output value, wherein the internal parameter set generating section comprises a database referring means which selects a reference output approximate to an actual biological response from said template database and which selects an internal parameter set corresponding to the selected reference output value.

    摘要: A non-invasive blood analyzer includes a light source unit for irradiating a portion of a living body, the portion including a blood vessel, and includes an image capturing unit for capturing an image of the irradiated portion. An analyzing unit is included for setting an analysis region in the captured image and analyzing a blood vessel portion in the set analysis region. The image capturing unit captures images of the irradiated portion of the living body a plurality of times and the analyzing unit specifies analysis regions including the same blood vessel portions with respect to the captured images. The analyzing unit determines these regions based upon a position of a feature in sequential images and calculates at least one of blood vessel width, blood component concentration and blood component concentration ratio with respect to the blood vessel portion in each specified analysis region.

A treatment effect prediction method and a computer program product thereof are also disclosed.

    摘要: A simulation system for simulating a function of a biological organ using a biological model in which the function of the biological organ are represented by a mathematical model with a computer is provided. The present system receives input of time-series actual measurement data representing the biological response of a subject, estimates the biological response of the subject at a time point at which the measurement is not performed by using the input time-series actual measurement data, and generates time-series reference data representing the biological response of the subject. The present system further generates a virtual biological organ virtually constructed in a computer system using the times-series reference data. The virtual biological organ corresponds to the function of a biological organ of the subject.

The blood analyzer can measure the concentration of blood hemoglobin and the hematocrit in real time with an improved repeatability without blood sampling.
