摘要: Disclosed are surface-textured conductive glass for solar cells, and a preparation method and application thereof. In the surface-textured conductive glass for solar cells, a transparent conductive film is coated on a glass substrate, and the upper surface of the transparent conductive film is textured with nano/micro-scopic U-shaped pits uniformly distributed. The preparation method comprises: coating the transparent conductive film by magnetron sputtering, and then absorbing nano/micro-spheres onto the surface of the transparent conductive film as a mask by using an immersion coating method, followed by increasing the thickness of the transparent conductive film in gaps among the nano/micro-spheres by magnetron sputtering, and finally removing the nano/micro-spheres by using an ultrasonic vibration method to realize the large-scale and low-cost production of the conductive glass with nano/microscopic U-shaped surface texture. The conductive glass obtained by the method above has high repeatability, proper U-shaped texture feature size, high distribution uniformity, high production efficiency and low production cost, and thus is suitable for popularization and applications.

摘要: A rail to rail differential buffer input stage includes n-type and p-type input differential transistor pairs connected in voltage follower configuration to the power supply rails. A reference voltage generator includes a reference differential transistor pair generating a dynamic reference voltage relative to the common mode input voltage. Dummy n-type and p-type transistor pairs have current conducting paths connected in parallel with the input differential pairs and are controlled by the dynamic reference voltage to divert supply rail current away from and deactivate one of the associated input differential pairs when the common mode input voltage is further from the dynamic reference voltage than a threshold value. Both the dummy pairs conduct and both the input differential pairs are activated when the common mode input voltage is closer to the dynamic reference voltage VB than the threshold value so that the overall transconductance of the buffer input stage remains constant.

摘要: Disclosed is a circuit for realizing passivation of an intelligent optical distribution interface disc in a machine disc enable manner, which relates to the field of optical communications. In the present invention, a distribution port is separated from distribution management, all management circuits on a distribution interface disc are moved out, and all control and management functions are achieved on a distribution management disc, to enable passivation of a distribution interface disc circuit, i.e. any active electronic devices such as integrated circuits, triodes, etc. which are easily damaged by static electricity and affected by fouling are not placed on the distribution interface disc any longer, and power lines are not introduced in the distribution interface disc. Using the present invention, no matter whether in a fusion-distribution integration or fusion-distribution separation design, during onsite construction, a distribution disc has both strong anti-static capability and fouling-resistant capability. When the fusion-distribution integration design is used, the device cost can be reduced, the device production process can be reduced, and the device performance and the distribution density can be increased. When the fusion-distribution separation design is used, even an optical fibre fusion splice point on the distribution disc generates failure, over-high requirements may not be put forward for maintenance and construction.

摘要: An integrated messaging system for performing various types of messaging across different types of networks, including integrated user interfaces and administrator interfaces. Embodiments include a communication server that couples among networks of different types, and an interface module that couples to the communication server. The interface module may be hosted on a messaging server of a network. The interface module pulls various user information from the messaging server, including information relevant to at least the network that includes the messaging server. A cache couples to the communication server and to the interface module to hold information from the communication server and/or the user information pulled from messaging server. The interface module directs a message from the messaging server and/or the cache to at least one device on the networks using the user information.

摘要: A radio frequency (RF) switch device has at least two RF switch units, each RF switch unit having an output terminal and at least two input terminals. The RF switch units select one channel of RF signals from several channels of the RF signals that are supplied as inputs to their input terminals for emission as an output from their output terminals. A magnetic resonance imaging system and an RF signal transmission method employ such an RF switch device. The use of such an RF switch device reduces the number of channels of the RF signals that need to be further transmitted, which in turn reduces the number of the corresponding long RF cable channels and the number of channels of the subsequent devices, thereby preventing waste and reducing the cost of the system. Moreover, if the subsequent devices include a receiver coil channel selector, then the complexity of the receiver coil channel selector will also be reduced as the number of RF signal channels is decreased.
