    摘要: Disclosed herein is a no-welding type battery pack using one or more forced-inserting type rivets. A cap assembly includes a base plate mounted to an open upper end of a battery case, a protection circuit module (PCM) mounted on the base plate, and a top cap coupled to the upper end of the battery case while the top cap covers the PCM. The top cap is made of an insulative material. The electrical connection and the mechanical coupling between the PCM and the base plate are accomplished by one or more forced-inserting type rivets. The cap assembly is included the battery pack. The no-welding type battery pack using the one or more forced-inserting type rivets is manufactured without welding or soldering requiring an excessive amount of time and skilled technique during the electrical connection between the battery cell and the PCM. As a result, the assembly process of the battery pack is simplified, and therefore, the manufacturing time of the battery pack is reduced. Consequently, the manufacturing costs of the battery pack are decreased, the automation of the assembly process is accomplished, and the structural stability of the battery pack is improved.

    摘要: An inkjet image forming apparatus and a printing method for the same. The printing method includes dividing image data to be printed in a single line into “n” groups, reducing a transferring speed of a print medium, and sequentially printing the divided “n” groups in “n” lines. The image data to be printed in the single line is divided and printed with a predetermined driving frequency. A transferring speed of the print medium is controlled to print the image data such that an instantaneous maximum consumption current and an average consumption current are reduced, resulting in the use of the smaller capacity power supply. The print medium is slowly transferred and the divided image data is sequentially printed, thereby enhancing printing quality.

    摘要: A printer is connected to a host via an interface having a data wire and a power supply wire. The printer includes a power supply portion to convert an external power to a driving power and to supply the driving power to the respective electronic components of the printer, a switch portion to determine whether to supply the driving power to the respective electronic components, and a controller capable of operating from the voltage applied through the power supply wire, to control the switch portion according to a transmission of printing data through the data wire. The controller controls the switch portion to stop a supply of the driving power to the respective electronic components when the printing data is not transmitted for a predetermined time, and when the voltage is not applied through the power supply wire of the interface. Accordingly, unnecessary power consumption is reduced and convenience is improved.
