摘要： A PM sensor is provided having high responsiveness and capable of long term detection. A PM sensor 11 includes a sensor element 12 that has particulate collection electrodes 123A, 128A to which a particulate collection voltage for causing particulate matter contained in exhaust to adhere to a sensor element 12 is applied, and measurement electrodes 127A, 127B to which a measurement voltage for measuring an electrical characteristic of the sensor element 12 is applied, in which, after a particulate collection voltage is applied to the particulate collection electrodes 123A, 128A, application of the particulate collection voltage is stopped in response to a predetermined condition being satisfied, the measurement voltage is applied to the measurement electrodes 127A, 127B, and the electrical characteristic of the sensor element 12 is measured.

In an integrated-inverter electric compressor in which an inverter is integrally fitted to a compressor housing and an electrical connection terminal that electrically connects the inverter to an electric motor and/or an external power source is provided, one end of the electrical connection terminal has a wire-bonding weld surface for the inverter, the wire-bonding weld surface being provided with a weld plating layer for welding a bonding wire thereto, whereas the other end of the electrical connection terminal has weld surfaces for the electric motor and/or the external power source, the weld surfaces of two sides being respectively provided with different weld plating layers for connecting lead wires, bus bars, or terminals thereto.

摘要： There is provided an integrated electric compressor that is improved in reliability. Bus bar connection is employed for electrical connection between a power board 16 and the power source side and between the power board 16 and the motor side, and welding is employed for joining a bus bar to a capacitor 13 and a reactor 14, for joining board-side terminal parts of the bus bar to PN terminals 20a and 20b, and for joining UVW terminals 25a, 25b and 25c to housing-side terminals 28a, 28b and 28c. By employing resistance welding for the welding, the terminals can be joined to each other with stabilized quality. Further, since flat joint plates are provided on one end side of the housing-side terminals 28a, 28b and 28c, and the UVW terminals 25a, 25b and 25c are welded thereto, reliable joints between terminals can also be attained in these portions.

The guide member is provided with at least one first positioning pin, fitted in positioning holes provided in a mounting surface of the IGBT, in one side surface facing the IGBT, and at least one second positioning pin, fitted in positioning holes provided in the control substrate, in another side surface facing the control substrate.

摘要： There is provided an integrated electric compressor that can be made small in size while reducing radio noise effectively. In an inverter of the electric compressor, a snubber circuit 21 comprising a resistor R and a capacitor C is provided between input/output terminals 20 of a power source and a switching element 18. The snubber circuit 21 is formed by surface mounting a resistive element constituting the resistor R and a capacitor element constituting the capacitor C on a power board 16. A leakage current from a motor 19 is thus restrained and radio noise is reduced. The resistive element and the capacitor element constituting the snubber circuit 21 are preferably surface mounted on the power board 16 on the side opposite to the side on which a control circuit board is arranged.

摘要： The present invention has an object to provide an inverter system for a vehicle-mounted air conditioner that prevents noise from entering a control circuit and allows high speed communication. A motor control microcomputer 24 is isolated from a gate circuit 22, and communication therebetween is performed via a photocoupler 80. This suppresses the influence of noise resulting from changes caused by changes in voltage and current that occur in a high voltage system for driving a motor 30. Also, the motor control microcomputer 24 and a communication driver 27 can be directly bus-connected without a photocoupler, thereby allowing high speed communication therebetween.
