Disclosed is an image coding method, including: determining a coding mode of a coding block; and performing coding on the coding block using multiple coding modes, including performing coding on pixel sample segments in the coding block using one of the multiple coding modes. Further disclosed is an image decoding method, including: parsing bitstream data of a decoding block, and determining decoding modes of pixel sample segments of the decoding block; and performing hybrid decoding on the decoding block using multiple decoding modes, including performing decoding on the pixel sample segments of the decoding block using corresponding decoding modes. The technical scheme described above can fully exploit and utilize the characteristics of each coding image region in the image to improve the image compression performance.

The predictive coding method includes: configuring types of slices; when coding a slice of an inter prediction type, configuring a picture where the slice is located as a reference picture for the slice, using a first coding scheme to code coding blocks employing an intra block copying (IBC) mode in the slice, and, when coding a slice of an intra prediction type, using a second coding scheme that is different from the first coding scheme to code coding blocks employing the IBC mode in the slice. Also provided are the corresponding decoding method, the corresponding coder/decoder, and the electronic device. Different coding schemes are employed to code coding blocks employing the IBC mode in the slice of an inter prediction type and those in the slice of an intra prediction type. Provided are methods and devices for coding or decoding an image. The coding method includes that: one coding manner is selected for predictive or matching coding of a current CU, according to characteristics of pixel samples of the current CU and an adjacent CU of the current CU, from A predetermined predictive coding manners and matching coding manners including at least one predictive coding manner with different prediction characteristics and matching coding manners with mutually different matching characteristics, and the selected coding manner is determined as an optimal coding manner, wherein the A predictive coding manners and matching coding manners include: a predictive coding manner, matching coding manner 1, matching coding manner 2, . . . and matching coding manner A-1, and A is an integer more than or equal to 2; and predictive coding or matching coding is performed on the current CU by adopting the optimal coding manner.
Abstract:
Provided are a method and a device for decoding a Picture Order Count (POC), and a method and a device for coding a POC, and electronic equipment. The method for decoding the POC includes that: parameters for Most Significant Bit (MSB) and Least Significant Bit (LSB) used in an alignment operation on the POC are acquired; an MSB value and an LSB value of a POC value of a current picture are determined according to the parameters for MSB and LSB; and the POC value of the current picture is calculated according to the MSB value and the LSB value. By means of the technical solution, the problems in the related art that the accuracy in decoding and outputting a multilayer video bitstream cannot be ensured and an extra overhead of network resources is increased in multilayer video coding and decoding processes are solved.

Method, device and electronic equipment for coding/decoding are provided. The coding method includes: restricting range information about Block copying Vector(s) (BV(s)) of an Intra Block Copying (IBC) mode is determined; and the restricting range information is written into a bitstream. In the present disclosure, the problem of reduction in data processing efficiency caused by the fact that a BV range may not be determined when using IBC in the related technology is solved, the data processing efficiency may be improved, and meanwhile, smooth implementation of a coding or decoding process may also be ensured.

Provided are a media information processing method, apparatus and system. The method comprises: generating media indication information according to a media state and/or a media state change, wherein the media indication information at least comprises one of the following: a media identifier, a media state type, a media state change type, a media state description, and a media state change description; and sending or storing the media indication information. By means of the present disclosure, the problem in the relevant art that the covered content in media information is incomplete during a media interaction is solved, thereby achieving the effect of improving the media information integrity and expandability.

The present disclosure provides picture encoding and decoding methods, picture encoding and decoding devices as well as a decoder and an encoder. The picture decoding method includes: parsing a video bitstream to obtain candidate reshaping parameters from a picture-layer and/or slice-layer data unit of the video bitstream, and determining a reshaping parameter used for reshaping a reconstructed picture according to the obtained candidate reshaping parameters; and reshaping the reconstructed picture by using the reshaping parameter. The reconstructed picture is a picture obtained by decoding the video bitstream before performing the reshaping. The picture-layer and/or slice-layer data unit includes at least one of the following data units: a picture-layer parameter set and/or a slice-layer parameter set different from a picture parameter set (PPS), a parameter data unit which are included in an access unit (AU) corresponding to the reconstructed picture, slice header and a system-layer picture parameter data unit.
