    Abstract: Methods and devices for encoding/decoding a video bitstream are provided. The decoding method includes: a slice bitstream is received, wherein the slice bitstream carries parameter set indication information for indicating a camera parameter set; the camera parameters are acquired from the camera parameter set indicated by the parameter set indication information; and the slice bitstream is decoded according to the acquired camera parameters.
