Abstract: Method, device and electronic equipment for coding/decoding are provided. The coding method includes: restricting range information about Block copying Vector(s) (BV(s)) of an Intra Block Copying (IBC) mode is determined; and the restricting range information is written into a bitstream. In the present disclosure, the problem of reduction in data processing efficiency caused by the fact that a BV range may not be determined when using IBC in the related technology is solved, the data processing efficiency may be improved, and meanwhile, smooth implementation of a coding or decoding process may also be ensured.

Abstract: Provided are a random access method and apparatus. The method can include: a first cluster head in a first cluster formed by multiple UEs selects a preamble from a preset preamble set, and transmits the preamble to a base station, each preamble in the preamble set indicating the number of UEs corresponding to the each preamble, and the number of UEs corresponding to the selected preamble being equal to the number of cluster members in the first cluster; the first cluster head receives a response message transmitted by the base station in response to the preamble; and the first cluster head broadcasts, to each cluster member in the first cluster, the resource information for establishing the RRC connection and the C-RNTI.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a single-cell multicast control channel (SC-MCCH) sending method and apparatus, and an SC-PTM receiving method and apparatus. An example SC-MCCH sending method includes: generating, by a base station, SC-MCCH information for indicating configuration information of a Single Cell Point-to-Multipoint (SC-PTM) service; sending, by the base station, frequency domain scheduling information of the SC-MCCH information on a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH); and sending, by the base station, the SC-MCCH information on a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH). The SC-MCCH information includes: a mapping relationship between a TMGI of the SC-PTM service and a G-RNTI of the SC-PTM service on the PDCCH, and information of a time domain location of the SC-PTM service.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a scheduling method and device for a single-cell Multimedia Broadcast and Multicast Service (MBMS). The method includes: receiving a Single Cell-Point To Multipoint (SC-PTM) Single cell-Multicast Control Channel (S-MCCH) message sent by an evolved Node B (eNB), wherein the S-MCCH message carries first Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI) configuration information and/or second RNTI configuration information, a first RNTI is used for indicating that a single-cell MBMS is scheduled by using a semi-static scheduling manner, the first RNTI configuration information is used for indicating a Temporarily Mobile Group Identifier (TMGI) corresponding to the first RNTI and a subframe position where a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) scrambled by using the first RNTI is located, a second RNTI is used for indicating that the single-cell MBMS is scheduled by using a dynamic scheduling manner, and the second RNTI configuration information is used for indicating a TMGI corresponding to the second RNTI; and receiving an MBMS required on a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) according to scheduling information received on the PDCCH. By using the technical solution, a single-cell MBMS can be scheduled.

Abstract: A device capability negotiation method includes receiving, by a first device, a multilayer video data request sent by a second device, and sending, by the first device, response information to the second device. The response information includes at least one of the following information types: decoding capability information needed for decoding a multilayer video code stream, decoding capability information needed for decoding various layers in the multilayer video code stream, and decoding capability information needed for decoding different output layer combinations in the multilayer video code stream. Also disclosed are a device capability negotiation apparatus, and a computer storage medium.
