    摘要: Disclosed is a method and a device for security-inspection of liquid articles with radiations, which relate to the field of radiation inspection technology. The method comprises steps of acquiring original environment information, emitting radiation beams to transmit the liquid articles, receiving the radiation beams transmitted through the liquid articles to form multi-angle projection data, computing a radiation absorption coefficient of the liquid articles to be detected by inverse operation of the multi-angle projection data, based on the initial environmental information and the uniformity of the liquid articles, and comparing the radiation absorption coefficients with the preset data to get the relevant information of the liquid articles. Comparing with the prior art, the present invention is not subjected to affection of cuter package of the liquid article, and is advantageous of high anti-jamming high accuracy, high safety and reliability, low cost and small size.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a ray beam guiding apparatus, comprising a ray beam guiding box having substantially fan-shaped top and bottom surfaces, defining an inner space, and having open wide and narrow ends; an engaging member joined to the narrow end of the box; a first collimator mounted to the box adjacent to the narrow end for adjusting size/shape of the ray beam in horizontal vertical direction; a second collimator having a calibration slit or grill and mounted to the box adjacent to the wide end; and an adjusting member connecting the engaging member and a ray generator to adjust a distance therebetween. The box can adjust size/shape and centering of the ray beam, so that inspection quality can be improved and thickness of the ray shielding layer can be reduced, the box is applicable to a ray inspection system which performs security inspection of liquid articles.

The present invention further discloses a safety inspection system comprising the lifting apparatus. Compared with prior art, the present invention combines a rotating mechanism and a lifting mechanism as a single apparatus, thus, realizing the self rotation and elevation of the objects to be detected. Thus the present invention has the beneficial features, such as high movement precision, high transmission efficiency, low friction resistance and reduced noise etc.

    摘要: A radiation inspection system includes a shielding door device for a radiation inspection system, comprising a door body, two guides located on two opposite sides of the door body, a rack, a gear and a motor. The two guides are fixed on an upper surface of a frame and the door body is movably connected to the two guides via bearings. The rack is fixed on a bottom of the door body and meshed with the gear. The gear is coupled with a shaft of the motor fixed on a lower surface of the frame. This configuration is advantageous in automatic and complete shielding of the radiation inspection system without interference. In addition the shielding door can be controlled intelligently, so that accidental radiation leakage can be prevented.

    摘要: A CT method and an apparatus for liquid safety-detection with a radiation source relate to a radiation imaging detecting technology field. The invention comprises using a radiation source, a detector and data collector, a computer data processor; and the main steps are: 1) a liquid article to be detected being placed onto a rotary platform which is rotatable; 2) the ray emitted from the radiation source passing through the liquid article, and being received and formed into projection data by the detector and data collector; and 3) the projection data being transmitted to the computer data processor, which processes it to obtain the liquid density of the detected article, compares the result with the densities of dangerous articles in a current database, and then visually displays the detected information of the detected liquid article. Comparing to the prior art, the invention has a small volume, a strong anti-interference, a high accuracy of detection, an easy shielding, and a high use safety and reliability.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a detecting method of the article detection apparatus composed of an individual DR subsystem and an individual CT subsystem, the method comprising: obtaining a first projection data on ray attenuation coefficient by using the DR subsystem to project the A-layer of an article at a first projection angle, and obtaining a second projection data on ray attenuation coefficient by using the CT subsystem to project the A-layer of the article at a second projection angle different from the first projection angle; and judging whether the A-layer of the detected article exists a dangerous article based on the first projection data and the second projection data so as to obtain a first judgment on the A-layer of the detected article. In the present invention, by combining the projection data of the DR subsystem and the projection data of the CT subsystem, the data information to be used to judge the detected article is greatly increased, therefore, both the detection accuracy and speed are improved.
