摘要: A method for testing a mechanical performance of a lithium ion battery electrode based on a nano-indentation technology includes following steps: connecting an assembled lithium ion battery with an electrochemical test device and setting different test working conditions, so that cyclic charge and discharge experiments are performed on the battery to obtain an attenuation curve of a battery capacity; disassembling the battery and taking out the electrode; scraping some powder from a surface of the cyclic electrode plate and an initial uncyclic electrode plate, and laying down the powder in cold mounting molds separately, pouring the cold mounting solution into the molds; taking out the samples from the molds respectively after the liquid is completely cured and cooled; detecting a mechanical performance after polishing the samples surfaces and analyzing the mechanical performance decay rule of the electrodes.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a novel multi-stable and erasable anti-counterfeiting technology with controlled reflection color and the application thereof in optical coding. The method and use are characterized by high thermal stability and robust fatigue resistance, and the realization thereof relies on the material system composed of an intrinsic chiral diarylethene molecule based on steric hindrance ethene bridge and a liquid crystal (LC) material disclosed herein. The diarylethene based on steric hindrance ethene bridge has the following structural feature: The material system composed of a diarylethene compound based on steric hindrance ethene bridge and an LC can be prepared by a simple preparation process from cheap raw materials, can achieve a wide spectral color adjustment range, and has excellent thermal stability and fatigue resistance, which is expected to be further widely used in the fields of dual erasable anti-counterfeiting and optical information encoding with high thermal stability and strong fatigue resistance.

摘要: Provided is an online centralized monitoring and analysis system using an electronic nose instrument for multi-point malodorous gases, and the system includes an electronic nose instrument, which connects with multiple monitoring points through pipes. On-site malodorous gases in the maximum range of 2.5 km are drawn into the electronic nose instrument within 1 min by the external vacuum pump, and forced to flow through an annular working chamber of a gas sensor array for 30 s by the internal vacuum pump periodically. The modular convolution neural networks online learn the recent time-series responses of the gas sensor array and predict their coming responses, and the modular deep neural networks offline set up the relationship between the responses and multiple concentration items according to odor big data. The electronic nose instrument monitors up to 10 pollution sites cyclically and uses the cascade machine learning model to online predict one dimensionless odor-unit (OU) concentration index value and 10 specified-component concentration index values of malodorous gases.

摘要: The present invention provides a hydroxyacyl-coenzyme A dehydrogenase gene, an acyl-coenzyme A thiolase gene, genetically engineered strains and a use thereof. The hydroxyacyl-coenzyme A dehydrogenase gene encodes a protein (i) or (ii) as follows: (i) having an amino acid sequence according to SEQ ID NO 2; (ii) derived by substituting, deleting or inserting one or more amino acids in the amino acid sequence defined by (i) and having the same function as that of the protein of (i). The present invention constructs genetically engineered Mycobacterium strains lacking of a hydroxyacyl-coenzyme A dehydrogenase gene or an acyl-coenzyme A thiolase gene, which are used in the preparation of steroidal compounds, such as 1,4-BNA, 4-BNA, 9-OH-BNA, etc. Further, the invention improves the production efficiency and product quality of steroidal drug, improves the utilization of drug precursors, reduces the production costs, and provides the advantages of mild reaction conditions, environmentally friendly, and high economic and social benefits.
