Abstract: A shielding spring contact for an electrical plug-in connector for an electrical plug-in connector system includes a sleeve-shaped main body having a cylindrical base portion, a conical shielding portion, and a plurality of passage openings by which the shielding spring contact is arranged on a cable of the electrical plug-in connector. The shielding spring contact is connectable to a braid of the cable via the cylindrical base portion by a crimp connection. The conical shielding portion has a plurality of apertures extending along a longitudinal direction of the shielding spring contact and is elastically deformable. The shielding spring contact is contactable with an assembly housing of a cable shield connection of the plug-in connector system via the conical shielding portion. A current of the braid can be diverted to the assembly housing via contact between the conical shielding portion and the assembly housing.

Abstract: A shield contact element for shielding a plug connection includes a housing shell and a contact lamella. The housing shell has a cylindrical shape and extends in an axial direction for receiving a plug connector, the plug connector connecting to a plug contact element to form the plug connection. The contact lamella extends in the axial direction and creates an electrical connection between the housing shell and a shield for shielding the plug contact element. The contact lamella has a contact foot disposed in a recess formed in the housing shell to electrically contact the housing shell with the shield in the recess.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a wiring system includes providing an electric cable having an electric conductor and a contact element with a termination portion, and removing a cable insulation in a first sub-portion of the electric cable. The cable insulation remains on the electric conductor in a second sub-portion of the electric cable offset from the first sub-portion. The electric conductor is welded at the first sub-portion to a termination surface of the termination portion. The first sub-portion is pressed against the termination portion and compressed during welding. A holding device encompasses the second sub-portion at least partially. The holding device supports the second sub-portion at least during the welding and compressing of the first sub-portion and maintains a position of the second sub-portion.

Abstract: A stamping strip reel replacing system includes an autonomous mobile robot and an automatic guide vehicle.
