    Abstract: A pump dispenser has a housing, a stem having a first passage, an elastic member, an actuator, a chaplet, a sub-stem, and a piston. The elastic member made of a non-metal material may include: an upper ring; a lower ring; and a plurality of links, which is laminated and connected in a zig-zag form to provide elastic restoration force for compression or elongation. The actuator includes: a passage member that surrounds part of the stem and has a second passage connected the first passage; a nozzle member on an upper portion of the stem and having a third passage with one side in communication with the second passage and another side for discharging a content to outside of the pump dispenser; a guard member enclosing the passage member and at least part of the elastic member; and an extension member extending outwardly on an outer periphery of the guard member.

    Abstract: A pressing mechanism for miscellaneous packs dispensing fluidic products comprising a capsular body in which a hollow actuator stem is slidably mounted to perform downward and upward movements with the outflow and backflow provided by a bellows with an elastic memory. An upper end of the bellows is coupled to a corresponding part of the actuator stem by a locking ring, and is also coupled to a button/nozzle, while the lower end of the bellows is supported on the capsular body. The actuator stem is slidably guided by an annular cap, below which the lower end of the actuator stem is coupled to a piston and a first check valve, which, together with a second check valve, allows the actuation of the actuator stem.

    Abstract: A biasing member for use in reciprocating dispenser pumps is contemplated. The member is made completely of polymeric materials and is suitable as a direct replacement for metallic coil springs. The biasing member includes spiral shape defined by inner and outer helix traces, with a series of perforations provided along one or both of those traces. These perforations, in conjunction with thinned channels, the size and shape of holes, and the size and shape of apertures, all cooperate to allow for a spring with sufficient resilience and greater spring force in comparison conventional, all-polymer biasing members.

    Abstract: An all-plastic emulsion pump, includes a body, threads, pressing head, main column, suction tube, plastic spring, pull rod, stopper, lock cover, first and second one-way valve devices made of plastic material. A communication port is between the plastic spring and the main column. The pull rod is in the plastic spring. The stopper is connected to the pull rod upper end. When the plastic spring is pressed, there is a gap between the pull rod and the side wall of the communication port. When the plastic spring pops up, the stopper blocks the communication port. The first one-way valve device is between the pressing head and the main column to supply the emulsion to the pressing head. The second one-way valve device is between the plastic spring and the inlet of the body to supply the emulsion from the inlet of the body into the plastic spring.
