The tube element connected to the table part is connected to the table part over a portion of its length by at least one bridge piece and the tube element connected to the baseplate unit has at least one slot embodied to accommodate the at least one bridge piece.

摘要： A linear feedback positioning module is provided with a coupling and a drive at one side of a platform having a lead screw, a movable assembly combined on the lead screw and a feedback assembly. The feedback assembly includes a magnetic scale cooperating with a read head. The magnetic scale is combined on the platform and located along the lead screw to cooperate with the lead screw. The linear feedback positioning module is further used with a backend control assembly. By such arrangements, the feedback assembly can correct error at any moment to improve the process and product accuracy and increase the production efficiency and product competitiveness.

摘要： A support mechanism for selectively mounting a fixed base or plunge type router on a router table comprises a table plate having top and bottom sides and an opening therethrough having an opening axis, and a carriage beneath the table plate for supporting a router coaxial with the opening axis. Guide posts slidably support the carriage for axial displacement toward and away from the table plate, and adjusting screws rotatable relative to the table plate interengage with the carriage for rotation of the screws to displace the carriage relative to the table plate. The carriage includes a pair of carriage blocks interengaging with the guide posts and adjusting screws, and a router mounting plate which is removably mounted on the carriage blocks. The router mounting plate is provided with a plurality of sets of mounting holes, and each set is for mounting a different model router on the table plate.

When the pneumatic pressure is substituted for by an oleodynamic, i.e. oil-pressure force acting in the opposite direction, the machine switches over to normal operating conditions as a regular numerical-control machine tool.
