摘要： A double lock device for a luggage case with double lock is provided with a base, a cover, two first locking members and two second locking members, four elastic blocks, a locking unit and a drive member. The double lock device is capable of improving anti-theft effect by simultaneously locking two zippers, and when the locking unit is in a unlocked position, one or both zippers can be locked or unlocked easily by pushing the locking unit up or down with one hand. In addition, the locking of the zippers is achieved by the locking device and the locking pieces disposed on the pull tabs, so that the locking position of the zippers can be adjusted to better fit personal habits.

摘要： A latch mechanism for a storm door including a nose and a handle operably connected to a spindle that is operatively connected to an exterior handle. The handle and nose are rotatably secured to a linker that is secured to the spindle. The handle includes a cam that, upon rotation, presses against the upper portion of the nose. This causes the nose to rotate on the linker and retracts the front of the nose away from the catch on the interior wall or door jamb. The spindle is inserted through a spindle cylinder that is in operative contact with the linker assembly and rotatably secured to the body of the storm door by a mounting bracket. The spindle cylinder allows the handle, nose and linker to be rotated, thereby causing the nose to swing away from the catch.

摘要： A latch mechanism which includes two paddles that are engaged by a lock plate. The lock plate is configured to swivel into engagement with lock portions of the paddles, thereby generally locking the paddles in place. Preferably, the lock plate engages a substantial width of the lock portions to avoid creating an undesirable asymmetrical loading condition. As a result of engaging a substantial width of the lock portions of the paddles, the locking of the paddles is robust and reliable. Preferably, the lock portions on the paddles include a retention ramp that engages corresponding structure on the lock plate. The retention ramp renders the engagement between the lock plate and paddles generally more effective. Additionally, preferably the lock plate includes an extending portion that provides a helical ramp which engages a lock assembly, wherein engagement between the lock assembly and helical ramp provides that the lock assembly can be actuated to cause the lock plate to swivel into or out of engagement with the paddles. Preferably, the lock plate is spring biased such that the helical ramp on the extending portion of the lock plate is biased into engagement with the lock assembly.

摘要： A latching mechanism is disclosed for application in vending machines, or the like. In a preferred embodiment the latching mechanism is of one-piece construction. The latching mechanism comprises a ramp mounted to an outer door of the vending machine and configured such that an inner door of the vending machine remains latched to the outer door when it is pulled away from a dispenser housing to access the refrigerated compartment therein. The ramp preferably comprises a ridge on a horizontal surface thereof. When the inner door is urged against the outer door, it passes over the ridge and comes to rest on the ramp. The ridge deters the inner door from sliding off the ramp and becoming detached from the outer door. An appropriate amount of force applied to separate the two doors causes the inner door to roll over the ridge and swing away from the outer door.

摘要： A novel way of keeping thieves out of dwellings and other spaces utilizes two interlocked, relatively nested doors which, when so interrelated, are in turn, separately locked as a unit within the door frame. Release from the exterior requires knowledge of a secret system of a push-button control which must be operated in proper sequence. Special, tamper-proof hinges, common to the doors, permit them to be hung in the door frame for separate swinging or movement as a unit. The interlock between the doors is releasable only from the inside and, upon such release, the outer door remains locked until separately released by the occupant.

摘要： A multi-pane door assembly for an oven appliance includes a door having first and second door panes. The first door pane is secured to the second door pane at a hinge point and is rotatable with respect to the second door pane between open and closed positions. As such, the door panes define a space therebetween when the first door pane is in the closed position. The door assembly also includes an engagement device for securing the door panes together, a locking mechanism for locking the engagement device, and a controller communicatively coupled to the actuating device. The locking mechanism includes, at least, a locking member and an actuating device. Thus, the controller is configured to receive one or more safety conditions relating to the oven appliance and select whether to engage or disengage the actuating device based on whether the safety condition(s) correspond to the predetermined safety condition(s).
