摘要: The subject matter of the invention is a light assembly which comprises means for emitting and means for focusing one or more light beams for the lighting or the signaling of a vehicle. It also comprises a mask which extends below the focusing means. This mask has at least a first surface that can be seen by any person passing close to the vehicle and at least a second surface opposite the first surface.The mask is made from a dark diffusing material and a reflective material coating is deposited on part of the second surface while leaving a portion of this second surface free of reflective coating. Additional light-emitting means are placed opposite the second surface, such that the light rays emitted by the additional light-emitting means can pass through the mask via the portion free of reflective coating.

摘要: Lighting device includes a light source and a light guide body that has an in-coupling portion that collects the light, a propagating portion that carries the collected light, and an out-coupling portion, which has a central light emitting portion with a central exterior surface, an extended light emitting portion with a proximal reflecting surface and an extended exterior surface, and a deflecting element. The central light emitting portion guides a first light portion emerging from the propagating portion towards the central exterior surface where it is emitted. The deflecting element guides a second light portion emerging from the propagating portion towards the extended light emitting portion, which reflects the second light portion towards the extended exterior surface where it is also emitted. The central surface generates light to satisfy light distribution standards while the addition of the extended light emitting areas assures that a minimum light emitting area is satisfied.

摘要: The present invention prevents deterioration in design of a turn lamp by a reflected image of lens cuts of a light-guiding lens. A turn lamp includes a light-guiding lens, a mirror surface disposed behind the light-guiding lens, and a light source that causes light to enter light-guiding lens. The light-guiding lens includes lens cuts formed so as to extend in a light-guiding direction thereof. A mirror surface includes a recess surface formed behind the lens cuts along the lens cuts. The recess surface is formed so as to have a width in a short direction thereof, the width being larger than a width in a short direction of the lens cuts.

摘要: A rear combination lamp is configured to include a door-side lamp portion, which has a first LED, a first housing, and a first lens, and a fender-side lamp portion, which has a second LED, a second housing, and a second lens. The door-side lamp portion and the fender-side lamp portion are disposed adjacent to one another in the vehicle width direction. Moreover, a second lamp-side reflector that reflects toward the second lens the light emitted from the second LED is disposed between the second housing and the second lens. Part of the second lamp-side reflector is configured as an interstitial reflecting portion that reflects the light emitted from the second LED between the first lens and the second lens.

摘要: A lighting device for emitting illumination light includes an LED configured to emit light emitting diode radiation, a laser configured to emit laser radiation, and a phosphor element configured to at least partly convert the LED radiation and the laser radiation into a conversion light which at least proportionally forms the illumination light. The LED, the laser and the phosphor element are arranged relative to one another in such a way that during the operation of the lighting device on an incidence surface of the phosphor element in each case in the time integral the LED irradiates an LED irradiation surface with the light emitting diode radiation and the laser irradiates a laser irradiation surface with the laser radiation. The laser irradiation surface and the LED irradiation surface are free of overlap.

摘要: A DRL unit as a vehicle signaling light can include: an LED light source; and a plate light guiding lens formed from a light guide plate. The light guide plate includes: a light guide plate main body having a light output surface; and a light entrance portion that is formed to be continuous with the light guide plate main body and includes a light incident surface opposite to the light source and upper and lower expanded portions. The upper and lower expanded portions are integrally formed with the light entrance portion on top and bottom surfaces of the light entrance portion so as to expand in the thickness direction of the light guide plate main body. Here, the upper and lower expanded portions can have asymmetric cross sections in the thickness direction and different sizes when seen in a top plan view.
