The steam turbine has an overload bypass line with which main steam can be fed to the feed water pre-heating unit between the steam turbine input and the extraction point during overload operation of the steam turbine, wherein the feed water pre-heating unit has an auxiliary extraction line that is connected to the overload bypass line in such a way that process steam can be extracted from the steam turbine during partial load operation of the steam turbine and added to the feed water pre-heating unit for the additional pre-heating of feed water.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for operating a forced-flow steam generator operating at variable pressure and at a steam temperature above 650° C. and reducing the minimum forced-flow load of the forced-flow steam generator, wherein the forced-flow steam generator is incorporated in the water-/steam-conducting working medium circuit of a power plant and the economizer of the forced-flow steam generator comprises at least one high-pressure pre-heater and/or a heat transfer system for pre-heating the working medium, the at least one high-pressure pre-heater and/or the heat transfer system being arranged upstream as viewed in the working medium circuit direction, wherein if a predetermined partial load point (LT) is exceeded, the heat absorption of the working medium within at least one high-pressure pre-heater and/or the heat transfer system is reduced in such a way that the temperature of the water/steam working medium at the outlet of the economizer is below the boiling point relative to the corresponding economizer outlet by a predetermined temperature difference (TD), and a forced-flow steam generator for performing the method.

    摘要: A system for recovering drain which recovers two or more flows or drain of different temperatures, which is applied to a generating plant provided with feed-water heaters in which drain is recovered into a condensation system downstream from a condenser through a drain tank by a drain pump and which comprises a high temperature recovered drain inlet, which is at high temperature and contains much flush steam, and a low temperature drain inlet. The high temperature recovered drain inlet is positioned at a lower part and the low temperature side drain inlet is positioned above the former. This system effects efficient degassing of drain which has high content of dissolved oxygen and efficient control of dissolved oxygen.

    摘要: A preheating system for preheating fluid medium to be fed into the HRSG is disclosed. The system includes a feed line and a recirculation line. The feed line is adapted to feed the fluid medium to a Low Pressure Economizer (LPE) of the HRSG. The feed line is adapted to be adjoined to an inlet of the LPE, and an outlet of the LPE enables therefrom the flow of the fluid medium in further portion of the HRSG. The recirculation line is adapted to be connected between the outlet and the inlet of the LPE, in parallel to LPE to recirculate the fluid medium to the LPE.
