The reference current generator includes a first current generator generating a first current, a first comparison signal, and a second comparison signal, a reference voltage generator generating a reference voltage signal, and a second current generator generating a second current. The power window driving apparatus includes a comparator which includes the first comparison signal with the reference voltage signal, a driving controller which stops or reverses the driving motor when a drastic increase is occur in the motor current based on a result of a comparison by the comparator, and a current increaser which increases an amount of the second current when the motor current is drastically decreased from a steady state, so that an increase in the first current is suppressed when the motor current is shifted from the drastically decrease to an increase.

    摘要: A system for controlling operation of an elevator car door includes a torque command output device for outputting a torque command for controlling a car door driving motor on the basis of a difference between a speed command commanding the operating speed of the motor and the actual speed of operation of the motor, a door position detector for detecting the position of the car door in terms of the number of pulses in a pulse train produced by an encoder connected to the motor, and a memory for storing torque limit values as a function of the door position. The system also has a controller which reads the torque limit value corresponding to the car door position detected by the door position detector. The controller then compares the read torque limit value with a torque command output from the torque command output device and generates a reversing instruction to be given to the motor upon determining that the torque command is not smaller than the torque limit value. An obstruction of the door is sensed as a rise in the torque command so that the car door is reversed to ensure safety.

    摘要: An improved method of detecting the presence of an obstacle in the path of a motor-driven panel by computing the slope of a measured motor speed signal in a way that cancels the effect of periodic undulation of the speed signal, and comparing the computed slope to a slope threshold that is selected as a function of the average motor speed. A position sensor produces a series of pulses corresponding to panel movement, and a microprocessor-based controller stores an array of speed-related samples corresponding to the time periods between successively produced sensor pulses. The average speed is computed at two different points in the array, and the slope of the stored speed samples is determined according to a difference between the computed average speeds. Periodic variation in successive motor speed samples due to a periodic variation in the sensor pulse spacing has a repetition interval corresponding to a fixed number of samples, and the average speeds are computed based on speed samples that are separated by one-half of the repetition interval to substantially eliminate the effect of the periodic variation. The slope threshold for obstacle detection decreases with increasing average motor speed so that obstacle detection occurs when the obstacle exerts a given force on the panel, regardless of the panel speed.

    摘要: A gate operator with an extensible actuating arm adapted for light to moderate gate passing traffic. The operator comprises a small drive unit, such as an electric motor drive, and a rotatable drive shaft, such as a worm shaft driven through operation of the motor. An extensible shaft or so-called ball race shaft, cooperates with the rotatable shaft and extends inwardly or outwardly in response to rotation of the rotatable shaft. A microprocessor operated control circuit is used with or forms part of the operator, and measures a number of counts generated by magnetic elements rotatable with the worm shaft, and which are equivalent to distance units of measurement. In this way, the distance on the opening and closing movement is measured and stored in the microprocessor, so that on subsequent movements, the gate can open and close to precisely the open and closed positions without stopping short of or banging into such end positions. The motor mechanism of the operator is pulsed during the complete first opening movement and the complete first closing movement due to the fact that the operator does not know the exact position of the gate when the operator is first started. In this way, in the event of any bottoming out of the extensible and retractable arm, such as the ball race shaft against the end of the worm shaft, damage to the operator will not result.
