Abstract:
A multifunction car charger connector compromising a pedestal and a backup battery charging body. The pedestal has a charger connector connects to the cigarette lighter of the automobile and forms a charging and handsfree circuit internally for mobile phones, PDA's or handheld games, a circuit board is installed on the converter base of the pedestal; a plug-in slot is on the converter base for a charging circuitry to fit in and connect to the backup battery charging body for the backup batteries, the batteries connects to the circuit inside the pedestal through the charging circuitry and a conductor slice. A plug base is on the pedestal to connect to mobile phones, PDA's or handheld games with an extension cable.
Abstract:
An electrical connector for transformer studs accommodates two different size transformer studs in the same slip-fit blind hole. The hole is provided with circumferential arc recesses which are sized and threaded to match the threads on the two different size studs. One or more jam screws force the stud into the respective recesses, and the matching threads provide a substantial contact area and an effective and efficient long lasting and sturdy electrical transformer connection.
Abstract:
A coil component comprises a wire, a terminal pin around which an end of the wire is wound, a terminal section for fixing one end of the terminal pin and for allowing the terminal pin to project therefrom. A conductive connection member is connected to the terminal pin so that it can be electrically connected to the wire. The terminal pin has a diameter on an open side thereof which is formed larger than that on a root side form which the conductive connection member is drawn out. The pin is formed as a contact section with which the conductive connection member makes contact when it is pulled in a projection direction of the terminal pin.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an improved system of interconnecting ballasts and fluorescent lights; more specifically, for a ballast whose circuit is duly insulated and housed in a casing, is fitted with prongs which are connected to the coil and capacitor by means of wires. One or more receptacles are provided into which the prongs are inserted. A protective cover over the receptacle(s) has a catch at one end into which is inserted a retaining clip to secure the cover in place. The ballast circuit has cable wires running from the receptacles, firmly mounted inside the casing , to the fluorescent lights.
Abstract:
A 75 ohm and 300 ohm coupler having a housing tube consisting of an upper and a lower half tube respectively provided with tenons and mortises to engage one another securely to assemble both half tubes to become a cylindrical housing tube, a connecting head having a positive terminal and a negative terminal fitting inside one end of the housing tube, two 300 ohm lead wires enveloped in a rubber cover bored with holes for the tenons to pass through so as to secure the lead wires.
Abstract:
A mechanical and electrical connection system including a printed circuit board, a busbar and an electrical component, wherein the board includes a first orifice in which a bottom foot of the bar is received and includes a second orifice in which a lug of the component is received, and wherein the bar includes an elastically deformable clamp which receives the lug of the component.
Abstract:
A plug connector includes a first connector half configured as a socket connector and a second connector half configured as a plug connector, each of the connector halves including an insulating body housing at least a respective pair of electric contact elements, respectively female and male, a short-circuit element being provided between the contacts of the socket connector half, adapted to hold such contacts shorted upon unmated connector, wherein the short-circuit element is made from a strip of resilient metallic material, shaped so as to constitute a spring and to offer, at each of its ends, a resilient contact, the first end of the short-circuit element being substantially rigid and stable in contact with a respective female electric contact element, while the second end of the short-circuit element, upon plug connector unmated, goes intimately into contact with the other element of female electrical contact of the socket connector.
Abstract:
A plug-in socket for coupling to a corresponding standard plug and for connection of an electrical terminal device to a primary voltage. The plug-in socket improves the use of mains units with voltage converters. The plug-in socket comprises a socket housing, a first electrical contact arranged in the socket housing for coupling to a corresponding standard plug electrical contact, a voltage converter integrated in the socket housing and converting a primary voltage into at least one secondary voltage for the electrical terminal device, a second electrical contact arranged on the socket housing for electrical contacting of the secondary voltage, wherein the voltage converter is integrated in the socket housing so that the external dimensions of the socket housing are substantially predetermined by the dimensions of the corresponding standard plug.
Abstract:
A connector includes, a frame section which has an inner space defined by side walls and a bottom portion, a plurality of pins protruding from the bottom portion in the inner space, a cover which has a magnet and a plurality of holes, where the cover is movable along the pins in the inner space between a first position and a second position that the pins are electrically connected, a detection unit that output a detection signal, an electromagnet provided at a position on the bottom portion opposing the magnet, and a control unit that controls a moving of the cover between the first position and the second position by bringing the electromagnet in a normal ON state or in an OFF state or a reverse ON state.
