Abstract:
An electronic device is provided that includes a first housing, a second housing connected to the first housing to be rotatable about a folding axis, a display disposed on a front surface of the electronic device, a first magnet arranged in the first housing, and a second magnet arranged in the second housing not to correspond to the first magnet while the electronic device is in a folded state, wherein there is an attractive force between the first magnet and the second magnet, wherein the first magnet includes a first boundary surface that partitions different poles and is tilted at a first angle with respect to the folding axis, wherein the second magnet includes a second boundary surface that partitions different poles and is tilted at a second angle with respect to the folding axis, and wherein the first boundary surface and the second boundary surface face each other.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal comprises: a first frame; a second frame configured to make a sliding movement in a first direction with regard to the first frame, or in a second direction opposite to the first direction; a rotating gear coupled to the second frame to be able to rotate around an axis of rotation extending in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction; a flexible display unit comprising a first area coupled to the front surface of the first frame and a second area which is bent while surrounding the rotating gear; a first flexible rack gear extending from the first frame in the first direction, the first flexible rack gear being positioned between the flexible display unit and the second frame and being bent while surrounding the rotating gear; and a second flexible rack gear coupled to the back surface of the flexible display unit so as to engage with the rotating gear and rotate accordingly. When expanded, the mobile terminal can be stably supported, thereby solving the problem of sagging of the flexible display unit, or the problem of an error occurring during a touch input.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a mount featuring one or more sets of embedded magnets which are designed to engage with complimentary sets of magnets disposed either in a protective case for use with the mount, or in a mobile device contained within such a protective case. The mount includes a pin which is magnetically actuated to extend into a hole disposed in the protective case when the case and the mount are brought within a prescribed distance. Thus, the case and the mount “snap together” and are restrained from sliding relative to one another by the pin.
Abstract:
A wireless charging receiving apparatus of a mobile terminal. The wireless charging receiving apparatus is configured to be disposed inside the mobile terminal and close to a metal rear housing of the mobile terminal, and includes two interconnected coils. The two coils are located in a same plane and are connected in series, and winding directions of the two coils are opposite, so that directions of magnetic fluxes generated by the two coils on the metal rear housing are opposite, thereby resolving a problem of an eddy current on the metal rear housing of the mobile terminal such as a smartphone including a wireless charging system, and reducing a temperature of a metal body and reducing an energy loss without forming a hole or a seam on the metal rear housing.
Abstract:
A flexible display device is disclosed. The flexible display device includes a first body, a second body that moves in a first direction with respect to the first body, and a flexible display that varies according to the movement of the second body. Either one of the first body and the second body has coupled thereto a plurality of spherical rolling balls arranged in the first direction, and the other one has formed therein rolling grooves, in the form of concave grooves having a constant cross-section, in the first direction to allow the rolling balls to move in contact with same. In embodiments of the present invention, the movement of the second body is facilitated by a point contact of the rolling balls and the rolling grooves, and external exposure of an element for slidable movement of the second body may be minimized.
Abstract:
An electronic device includes a backplane including a set of slots configured to receive user-removable modules; a printed circuit board, coupled to the backplane; and a set of interface blocks, electrically connected to the printed circuit board, that enable power and data transfer between modules coupled to the set of interface blocks.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and arrangement for managing a virtual meeting for at least two participants wherein each participant uses his/her mobile phone for communicating with the other participants and an identifier of each participant is provided to said arrangement, the arrangement comprises means for handling an entering procedure to the virtual meeting for each participant, means for handling a login procedure for each participant, and means for handling a startup procedure for each participant. The arrangement comprises means for identifying each participant during said procedures by the provided identifier whereby said identifier is associated with subscriber information adapted to be stored in on storing means connectable to the mobile phone used by the respective participant.
Abstract:
A mobile phone filter assembly is disclosed. The mobile phone filter assembly comprises of a fixing assembly, and a filter assembly. The fixing assembly comprises of a base, at least one magnet, and a mylar film. The base comprises of a base front side, a base rear side, and a plurality of positioning holes. The at least one magnet is disposed towards the base rear side. The mylar film is disposed over the at least one magnet towards the base rear side. The filter assembly comprises a filter ring, a filter component and a filter press ring. The filter ring is configured to be detachably coupled to the base. The filter component is configured to be received by the filter ring. The filter press ring is configured to be received over the filter component, wherein the filter press ring is configured to hold the filter component in its place.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to mobile device cases having enhanced privacy protection features. In particular, presently disclosed mobile device cases include devices for physically blocking a mobile device's microphone and/or camera by forming a seal around them, thereby having the benefit of preventing a mobile device from unknowingly recording a user's voice or video when a blocking element is in a closed position.
Abstract:
A privacy-enable mobile phone case. The privacy-enabled case includes a privacy housing and a sliding element. The sliding element is slidingly coupled to the privacy housing and configured to secure a mobile device having one or more front facing camera(s), one or more rear facing camera(s), and one or more microphone(s). The one or more rear facing camera(s) and the one or more front facing camera(s) are covered when the sliding element is in a closed position by the privacy housing and cannot capture imagery, and the one more microphone(s) are covered in the closed position by the privacy housing thereby obstructing the recording of sound. The one or more rear facing camera(s) and the one or more front facing camera(s) are uncovered when the sliding element is in an open position and can capture imagery, and the one more microphone(s) are uncovered in the open position and can record sound.
