摘要： A high clearance agricultural sprayer of the type including a ground wheel mounted on a vertical section of an axle with a hub having a hydraulic motor for driving the ground wheel has an accessory mounted on the ground wheel using an inner bracket attached to the bottom of the vertical section of the axle and an outer bracket attached on the cylindrical surface of the hub. The outer bracket includes a cylindrical sleeve having a shaft on an end face of the sleeve and the bearing surrounding the shaft. The system can be used to support a crop divider carried on the ground wheel by a pair of arms each extending forwardly from their respective brackets for pivotal movement about the axis of the wheel such that the crop divider comprises a pair of frames which extend forwardly each in a respective arm to a front apex where the frame is being covered by plastic cover sheets. A central ground wheel is carried on one of the frames and carries a forward end of the crop divider for defining the height of the crop divider to the ground.

摘要： A rotary mower cutter disc includes a replaceable knife mount shield which, in one embodiment, comprises a unitary slotted body which is received over the edge of the disc and held in place by the knife mounting bolt. The nut holding the bolt in place is located within a cylindrical cavity of the shield. In a second embodiment, the shield in made in two pieces mounted in sandwiching relationship to the mounting location of the disc having a back-turned lip defining a slot received over the edge of the disc and with the other piece being located on the side of the disc beside the lip and forming the cylindrical cavity for protecting the nut of the knife mounting bolt.

摘要： A disc mower incorporates a modular disc cutterbar. The drive mechanism for the mower utilizes a V-belt drive apparatus that requires proper tensioning which is accomplished through a spring tensioning mechanism that includes an indicator to visually determine when the proper tension has been applied. A split guard is mounted to the distal end of the mower canopy to keep objects away from the end of the disc cutterbar. The guard presents a smooth contiguous surface to prevent debris and crop material from catching the guard. The flotation mechanism supporting the cutterbar from the mower frame must be disconnected before the mower is dismounted from the tractor three-point hitch. The support jack is tethered to the mower frame from the pin engaging the flotation mechanism, requiring the pin to be removed to install the support jack.
