The terminator tool includes a handle, a shaft, a retaining pin and a spring member. The shaft is hollow and extends from the handle. The shaft includes a pin hole to receive the retaining pin, a handle end and a terminator end. The handle end is the end inserted and secured into the handle. The terminator end includes two ear slots and receives the spring member. The terminator end is sized to fit into a tool end of the cable security terminator. Ears of the spring member extend from the ear slots of the shaft.

The workpiece fixture has for its part in addition to the aforementioned locking element a surface formed cylindrically, at least in parts, relative to a rotation axis as a radial bearing surface for the interchangeable part, and a stop face or at least one radially protruding stop pin which cooperates axially with the ramp of the interchangeable part.

The jig includes a pair of backset spacers mounted to the latch guide rotational movement between a first backset position and a second backset position. A detent mechanism maintains each backset spacer in a selected backset position and, when combined with the rotational movement, provides a tool-free backset operation. The jig also includes a pair of removable in-line arms to provide the capability to perform a standard door prep on metal and wood doors. In addition, a novel drill bit adapter is disclosed.

The blade mounting mechanism comprises a support member inserted into the opening of the plunger and provided with an engaging groove formed along a direction of mounting the blade, a ring member disposed to outer peripheral surfaces of the support member and the plunger, the ring member being formed with a tapered portion at an inner peripheral surface thereof opposing to the cutout of the plunger, and an elastic member for urging the ring member in a direction that a diameter of the tapered portion of the ring member reduces, thereby fastening the blade by the tapered portion of the ring member and the engaging groove of the support member.

摘要： A toolholder assembly for accurately securing a shank of a tool in a socket along a desired alignment is provided. The toolholder assembly includes an inner collar having an annular wall whose inner surface defines the socket recess, and whose outer surface defines a collar periphery, an outer clamping assembly surrounding the periphery of the inner collar that includes a set screw for applying a compressive force to a portion of the periphery of the inner collar, and a pin-like tool retainer that freely extends through a radially-disposed opening in the inner collar wall. The tool retainer is disposed opposite from the set screw of the outer clamping assembly, and directs the compressive force applied by the set screw across the socket recess to retain a tool shank therein while diverting the compressive force away from the opposing portion of the inner collar wall to prevent hoop distortion from occurring therein. The toolholder assembly is particularly useful in accurately securing and aligning a punch in a compacting press of the type used to manufacture cutting inserts.

摘要： A rod chucking device for a perforator for perforating a pig iron discharge opening being adapted to mount exchangeably perforating rods for perforation work, such as drill rods, blanking rods and the like to the tip end of an impact rod. The chucking device has a cotter movable between an engage position and disengage position in order to fix the perforating rod inserted into a rod insert hole of a socket. A spring is engaged with the cotter for urging the cotter toward the engage position. In order to prevent deterioration of the spring through vibration and heat during the operation, chilling air passage from the impact rod to the perforating rod is separated to form an air passage to chill the spring.
