摘要： A spoil treatment plant configured within a frame for easy relocation. The spoil treatment plant comprises a dump bin held within the frame for receiving spoil, a vibrating screen separator mounted in the frame away from the dump bin, an elevator located within the frame, the elevator transporting spoil from the dump bin to the vibrating screen separator, a slurry tank within the frame below the vibrating screen separator that collects slurry; and a chute adjacent the vibrating screen separator that delivers spadeable fill. The vibrating screen separator separates the spoil into spadeable fill delivered from the chute and fine slurry delivered to the slurry tank. The spoil treatment plant may also comprise a further dewatering element, such as a rotary press, that extracts water from the spadeable fill.

An external force is applied to the neck to cause the output end of the neck to be deformed under compression by the die surface, to reduce the diameter of the hole at the output end of the neck from the first diameter to a second diameter that is less than the first diameter.

摘要： An external lens washing system has an aiming fixture configured to support and constrain an external lens which is exposed to the elements and apt to become soiled with debris. A nozzle assembly is configured to be supported and aimed toward the external lens by the aiming fixture and has at least one laterally offset washing nozzle projecting from the aiming fixture to a spray washing fluid toward the external lens surface, spraying at a shallow, glancing spray aiming angle to impinge upon and wash the lens external surface. Optionally, an integrated image sensor and lens washing assembly is configured for use with a remote control method for cleaning an exterior objective lens surface and includes a sealed image sensor housing assembly including an integral, remotely controllable lens cleaning system with an optimized configuration for aiming one or more cleansing sprays from one or more laterally offset fluidic oscillators.

摘要： A composition for a single-component polyurethane foam and a nozzle for spraying the same. The composition comprising a polyurethane pre-polymer dissolved in liquid hydrocarbons, wherein the polyurethane pre-polymer further comprises polyethers or polyesters, wherein at least one of the polyethers or polyesters is a diol with an average functionality ƒ=2, a hydroxyl value within 35-180 mg KOH/g, and with an acid value not exceeding 0.2 mg KOH/g. The single-component polyurethane foam composition being sprayable onto a surface at a rate of 6 to 10 grams/second from the nozzle of the present invention wherein a coating depth of up to 30-55 mm is obtained over a 1 m2 surface after one minute of product application. The nozzle of the present invention comprising design features to produce a cone-shaped spray pattern of the foamable product.
